Anonymous at 11:43pm, if one of Obama's parents is not a citizen, Obummer is not a natural born citizen. Obummer, through his father, has allegiance to Kenya (and, arguably, to the U.K.).
Therefore, under your own definition of a natural born citizen, Obama does not fit the criteria.
