In response to a direct question from WND, the Hawaii Department of Health refused to authenticate either of the two versions of President Obama's short-form Certificate of Live Birth, or COLB, posted online – neither the image produced by the Obama campaign nor the images released by FactCheck.org. Janice Okubu, the public information officer for the Hawaii DOH, also had no explanation for why Dr. Fukino's initial press release last October and subsequent press release also avoided declaring the posted images to be of authentic documents.
FactCheck.org, an organization funded by the same left-leaning Annenberg Foundation that also employed Barack Obama and former Weatherman radical bomber Bill Ayers, produced a short-form Obama COLB that was very different in appearance than the campaign released. Source. And much more HERE.

I twice emailed Andy Martin and am still awaiting an answer to a burning question. Here's what I sent him today:
Dear Mr. Martin,
Since I have yet to receive a response from you via your other email address, I thought I would try this email address that I found on one of your blogs to ask a pertinent question before jumping on your bandwagon. After all, this kind of critical inquiry is what you are known for, so I would appreciate if you could give mine the same kind of serious consideration that you would expect from others whom you investigate.
Being that I am among those who believe that the records show that the Founding Fathers intended for a natural-born citizen to be one born on the U.S. soil of two American citizen parents, is there any truth to the rumors that your father wasn't an American citizen at the time of your birth? If so, then I regrettably would not be able to support your candidacy.
Equally puzzling is that you believe Obama to have been born in Hawaii. So are you challenging his eligibility based on the citizenship status of his parents?
I would appreciate if you could clarify this matter for me, and thank you for your attention to it.
@California birther/dualer/doubter First thank you I did not know That Andy Martin's father was not a citizen so I could not support him. I have found the same thing as far as natural-born citizen to be one born on the U.S. soil of two American citizen parents,If Obama was not born in Hawaii then he would not be a citizen of the USA.The law at that time was.for his mother to convey citizenship to her son born in a foreign she would have had to live in the USA for at least 5 years after the age of 18.
If Mr. Martin's father was not an American citizen, then he's not a NBC, WOW, can't wait to see what the DEMS would do with that.
Anonymous, you're welcome; however, I don't know for a fact that Andy Martin's father was not a U.S. citizen when Andy was born. Instead, I've just read comments from others saying that this may be the case. That is why I have been trying to get an answer from him; otherwise, it would be hypocritical if we don't vet him like we are trying to do with the Anointed One.
For all I know, he may be a Democratic plant. After all, his Wikipedia entry shows that he was a former Democratic candidate. Here's one one person said over at the Post & Email: "I have tried to warn everyone about Andy Martin. He is not who he pretends. He is a Democrat Operative who has undermined many cases on Obama’s ineligibility. He is not who he pretends."
I would like to think that Martin is the real deal and that he will in time prove that my wariness about him is unwarranted. The ball is in his court to clear up this matter and earn our trust. I, for one, am not like those Democrats who lap up everything the socialists in power and the state-run media feed them.
