Re: Legal proof that President Obama’s Certificate of Live Birth is a forgery.
Dear Sir/Madam,
I have irrefutably proven that the Certificate of Live Birth that President Obama presented to the world on April 27, 2011 is a fraudulently created document put together using the Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator programs and the creation of this forgery of a public document constitutes a class B felony in Hawaii and multiple violations under U.S. Code section Title 18, Part 1, Chapter 47, Sec.1028, and therefore an impeachable offense. When this comes to the public’s attention, it will be the greatest scandal in the country’s history—nothing comes even close. This will surpass the all previous scandals including the Watergate scandal of the Nixon administration.
My Credentials
I have a unique background for analyzing this document. I owned a typesetting company for 11 years so I know type and form design very well. I currently own Archive Index Systems since 1993, which sells all types of document scanners worldwide and also developed document imaging software (TheRepository). I know how the scanners work. I have also sold other document imaging programs, such as Laser. Fiche, Liberty and Alchemy. I have sold and installed document imaging systems in city and county governments, so I know their procedures with imaging systems and everything about the design of such programs. This will be important in understanding what has happened with Obama’s Certificate of Live Birth.
What President Obama Presented to the Public is an alleged Certificate of Live Birth.
What President Obama presented is not the hospital birth certificate. The birth certificate would have the imprint of the baby’s footprint, weight, length and other information such as the religion. The Birth Certificate would be the source of the same information that would be typed onto the Certificate of Live Birth (the Long Form). What President Obama released is supposedly the Long Form that the County gets from the hospital, which is typed on a blank form given to the hospitals by the county. That copy is then mailed to the county Board of Health and kept as a legal government document. On Obama’s form (Figure 1) the County Clerk supposedly hand stamped the form on the upper right hand corner with a bates stamp. The number is a sequential number that reflects the sequence of Certificates that come into the County Health Department. The reason I know it was stamped by hand is because the number is crooked. The County Clerk also hand stamps the date of acceptance (box 20 and box 22). Obama’s Long Form was supposedly received on August 8, 1961, four days after his birth.

In 1955 Hawaii was restructuring to fully comply with the census practices. From the 1930's - the early 1960's there was only one census designation term allowed for a person of color: "Negro". Not "African" as is on Obama's birth certificate, a term which did not come into census practice until 2000, or when Obama was 37 - 38 years old.
Besides that, census records from that time make it quite clear that black/white mix was called either negro or other. Since Obama's mommy's nudies pics show she had porcelain-white thighs, it is unlikely the doctors who attended the birth mistook his mother for "Negro".

You need to examine the Nordyke twins birth certificates. They contain no foot prints, weight, nor length. It would appear that such info wasn't recorded in 1961. I've had to debunk my own debunking of the latest COLB because common sense and very close examination supply explanations for almost everything that is suspicious in it. Except for why it exists as an online PDF instead of a JPG image from a camera or scanner. straight_shooter

As I've shown by close-up examination of the PDF, only a few things are known and many are unknowable. One thing I've discovered is that essentially all of the "anomalies" are not explainable as the product of the human mind. There's 2 kinds of anomalies, one is where the original photograph image of the text, which was converted into a scalable PDF image, has been altered randomly by encryption algorithms that converted typed text and printed form elements into non-scalable JPG images which are composed of individual pixels and on a separate layer from the rest of the text. The more enlarged, the bigger the pixels appear, but the original text is not composed of pixels but instead is "scalable" i.e. -enlargeable without distortion or pixelizaton. So while there is extensive evidence of alteration, there is NO evidence of DELIBERATE alteration, with the possible exception of the last digit in the document number.
The other type of anomaly is where elements of the printed form are seen to be absolutely identical, which I thought at first was clear evidence of tampering, but later, after thorough re-examination I found that the same
duplication occurred in elements (letters) that had no conceivable human motive behind them. That implied that they were due to the identical nature of the original printed characters.
Optical Character Recognition was not involved in creating the PDF because the image of the original typewritten text was preserved via photography using a centered lens.
One can proclaim endlessly that the PDF is altered, fabricated, or created, but that doesn't make it inaccurate. Nor does it certify that it is, or is not, an official Hawaiian Health Dept. digital creation. Nothing about it has been certified by anyone, though claims have been made.
Experts and laymen alike can testify that it is not an unaltered digital document, but they cannot tell you what the hell it actually is. But I'll try. There is no explanation under Heaven that can provide rhyme and reason for its anomalies except security encryption algorithms that produce random splitting of some elements of the form & text images into JPG images, which had to be preserved as separate layers in order to retain the unique effect that was created, of which a record would be kept to be able to detect document counterfeiting. see obama--nation.com aka

Something that now seems obvious, finally reached my conscious thought level. It's that the PDF, which seemed like a stupid mistake to have released, is actually not a mistake but a necessity for retaining its anti-counterfeiting qualities. If the birth certificate was released as a flattened JPG or PNG image, it could be altered in a way that is undetectable. It is only as a PDF that any alteration could not be hidden. It is said that PDFs retain a record of all alterations made to them, that would be vital for detecting fraud. But in addition, the wide-spread random alterations made to the Obama PDF register as a form of individually-unique document encryption which involves more that one layer. In an encryption sense, it's 3-Dimensional. That multiplies the complexity of the document enormously, making undetectable changes impossible. The way that is maintained is to make no other format other than PDF acceptable as a legal format. A flat, altered JPG image could not be verified as legitimate and as such would not be officially recognized as a legitimate copy by government agencies. I don't know this to be fact since I'm far off the beaten path, but it is the only logical explanation.
A few added points in response to main post; The halo effect surrounding the text is actually on a separate layer, my PDF program shows that all text on the page is accompanied by the effect as a kind of white background but on the document background layer. Inexplicable to me. But it's not evidence of tampering since it is true of all text.
Also, what was not mentioned was the fact that the original paper page was deleted and the text alone was preserved as a transparent page of text. In addition, the linear curvature effect seen in the downward curvature at the top-left side can't be explained as the result of scanning since scanners, unlike cameras, do not produce it or else all scans would be distorted like the non-moving/non-scanning camera images are. It's caused by a lens being centered over a document. Directly below the lens the lines are straight, but near the top and bottom they are curved. In Obama's BC the bottom of the page is actually missing, excluded, so the lines appear straight there, but curved downward at the top.
Finally, enlarging the low-resolution Nordyke twins birth certificate seems to my eyes to give a strong hint of the same anomaly of the horizontally straight vs slanted text, though to a less extent since their documents have less curve at the left edge which may be due to the fact that they are dated 1966, meaning they may have been copied from a binder with only 1 year of BCs in it, but Obama's may have been from a binder with a whole decade of BCs in it since it was made supposedly recently. Still, even if theirs is also showing that same effect, I haven't a clue so far as to why. Nevertheless, it's safe to say that no crime was committed in the "construction" of the Obama BC if the info in it is accurate. Unfortunately we have no way of proving whether it is or isn't. We have strong reason to believe he wasn't born in a Hawaiian hospital, but many births do not take place in a hospital. It may have been at her parents' home instead. But there's no one alive, it seems, who knows. But it is reasonable to assume that Obama has his original birth certificate copy inherited from his mother who would have needed it when applying for a passport for him. I wonder what facts it contains about his birth, perhaps Hawaii simply accepted an affidavit from the mother certifying that he was born in Hawaii, but without any actual proof.
I am saying Anonymous because I don't want my computer loaded w/ mail. I think George Bush #1 & #2 were very good presidents. They showed great love for America w/ the way they handled all our problems, especially 9/11. Bush Senior advised his son on how to react & they both made decisons that saved, protected & kept our nation safe & free. We did not have ANY of the lies, deceit & treachery that is going on now. They were honest, very well qualified & not LIARS, like the fool we now have in the White House.

I just so happen to catch opening on NBC with school children reciting the Pledge of Allegiance.
Well to my SHOCK, NBC edited out "under God"
Some moron or morons faithful or threatened by our illegal President decided to rework the Pledge of Allegiance during a major fathers day event.
I immediately emailed NBC and PGA and obviously others did as well because CNN had a great 2 minute piece, although deserved more.

Technically the news media are private companies and they have the right to not cover whatever they want... not saying it's right, but they would never uncover the fact that they didn't do their job and properly scrutinize him like they have to any other presidential candidate.
However, the more distressing part is that the justice system is asleep on this matter. They aren't private anything. They are required to act, and they aren't.
