I must say the oral arguments were very encouraging to watch. It appeared to me that 2 of the 3 judges seemed somewhat persuaded by some of the arguments made against Obama AKA Soetoro AKA Soebarkah. No Way. No way are the plaintiffs going to prevail. I have watched/listened to nearly all of this video and I didn't hear much in the way of any sympathy for plaintiff attys. Standing, standing, standing. And, the court actually stated that once sworn in they have no jurisdiction, that only congress can then act.
They will boot this like everybody else. Barry will win again.
I think Taitz made good arguments for "standing" and "injury." I'm not too sure about Kreep though.

The woman judge's question/argument at 3:40 is truly stupid: she asks why the plaintiffs are different from anyone else (standing) AFTER the election? Because they are seeking justice in the form of stripping away the victory of someone who was not eligible to run against them in the first place. The concept isn't wrong - it happens in various manifest civil forms all the time. Her logic appears to be that if you scam the system long enough, the court should declare you the winner regardless of whether or not you are constitutionally eligible to serve in the first place.
Housefly-stupid judges. This is why we're in the mess we're in.
By the way, the underlying rule in my prior post is this, in case you're from "Rio Linda": you request redress for a greivence *after* the injustice is committed, not before. The injustice was *attempted* when Obama ran, but was *committed* when he swore in to the office knowing he was not eligible to serve. The election only opened the opportunity for that moment.

Re Trump, my guess is he's doing the right thing: that's let Bin Laden thing settle so as to not look unseemly. He even said as much when he talked about taking a few days to honor our military and not engage in politics.
I should think Trump would certainly have standing as a candidate. But to get further he has to get forensics people to claim real-name authorship to what many of us have already done: pull the forgery apart and expose it for what it is. Calling the fake a fake is the next step.

Or is it possible that a few of the people at this site simply detest Obama, and will throw any mud they can, substantiated or unsubstantiated, in the hopes that something just might stick? So if it's not the birth certificate it's the social security number, and if it's not that it's his...grade point average in school? Grade point average??? Goodness gracious.
Side note. Apparently the person who worries about Soviet-style medical care never had a chance to visit a real-live socialist country, and may not even know what socialism is. I visited eastern Europe in the mid-1980's. The system, including health care, was truly ghastly. Something tells me that what Obama has in mind for health care has a lot more affinities to the state plan offered by that other certified Leninist, Mitt Romney (real name: Romanovskii, born in Kiev, check out the birth certificate) than the pre-1989 reality of Eastern Bloc socialism.
In the event, I suspect that you are right: Obama's grade point average might not have been all that high. Sort of like Bush, Kerry, Ford, etc. I bet that Hilary Clinton's grade point averages, even starting from kindergarten, would probably meet your standards. She's not my favorite politician, but if she's a natural-born citizen of the USA, has a valid Social Security number and has certified transcripts that show good grades, you might warm up to her.
Or maybe it's OK to vigorously oppose the policies of a political opponent, and work tirelessly to have him replaced through a democratic electoral process, without making his grade point average an issue or putting people on trial for treason? What do you think of this concept?

I don't see Trump going much further without addressing the fake bc. If he says nothing, then we know he's a fake. If he admits, at the least, the bc might be forged, then he must call for an official investigation into the forged document. Either way, he cannot allow the forged bc to stand. It astounds me that you're not bothered by a phony SS# that Obama's been using for 25 years, one that is on his Selective Service application and one that SS claims they never gave him. It's the SS# of someone born in 1890 now dead (how convenient) and SS said they never duplicate #'s. There is word that Occidental admitted during the 2008 campaign that Obama went to school there as foreign student Barry Soetoro. Haven't any idea if that is true, but if it is, foreign students don't morph into Natural Born Citizens. Also, if he didn't file his Selective Service App by a certain age (I think it's 26), he gives up all rights to US citizenship and what's coming out is that he filed it (or his handlers did) in 2007.
As for Obamacare being based on Romneycare, you're right, and Romneycare is a financial disaster. It was originally written by Commie Robert Creamer (husband of Dem IL Rep. Jan Schakowsky,) while in prison, based on an old Soviet healthcare plan and added to by Dems and tort lawyers. Dr. Berwick, who is now in charge of the panel making healthcare decisions based on cost, is a proponent of the NHS system, except he negotiated permanent Cadillac healthcare for himself and his wife. Guess his fondness for the NHS only extends so far. And you must remember that one of the founders of the NHS system recently died after waiting 9 months for a necessary surgery. But don't fret, your dear leader will be getting the best healthcare our tax dollars can buy for him and his family. I'm sure that makes your day.
As for myself, I found myself behind the Iron Curtain in the mid 70's. My girlfriend and I were on a grand tour via Eurailpass and at one point toured the Balkans by car with some Italian friends. We ended up in a car accident in Bucharest, Romania. While the Italians had an open-ended visa, as Americans we did not. One evening, a very nice gentleman asked to take my girlfriend and I to dinner and we agreed. It was a lovely time and he was very gracious. Afterwards, he said he had to stop somewhere for a few minutes and we accompanied him. It turned out to be either police headquarters or the Romanian Stasi or whatever they called themselves back then. He was not so subtly letting us know that we were being watched. Needless to say, we were out of there within days as the mechanic fixing the car "borrowed" a part from another vehicle he was fixing and told us to return it to him as soon as we hit the Yugoslav border or he would go to jail. So while I've never personally been in a socialist hospital, I could tell you stories about my time in both Romania and Bulgaria back then, but I've gone on long enough.

All IMO: The judges may be deciding whether or not to turn on Obama because he isn't liberal enough. Really, it isn't a matter or evidence, because Obama has opened the door to probable cause wide open, it's a matter of political activism: do they keep him safe or not? Certainly there is enough doubt for an investigation and a trial - it's absolutely ridiculous to think otherwise. People have gone to prison for life on less circumstantial evidence.
There is still a lot of time for the left to find a true leftist replacement who won't act like a republican when the need suits him. If they really believed in their ideological view, they would allow truth to prevail AND get a new candidate for 2012 - allowing a trial would serve both parties admirably.
The court could prevent further grief on the American people by ruling in favor of Orly. I wonder if the judges are asking themselves, "What's the worse possible scenario to occur if we allow this charade to go on?

By the way, are you sure the Social Security Administration has stated that they don't reassign previously used Social Security numbers? I ask because I thought I'd read a short news report maybe five years ago that stated the opposite, that numbers that had belonged to persons who are now deceased were being pulled "out of retirement" and assigned to new Social Security registrations because the SSA was running out of Social Security numbers. Incidentally, it was from that news report that I learned about states and the first three digits identifying state of registration to SSA and how that's a factor in the limited number combinations for the nine digits that make up one's Social Security number. (I hope I described that last part well enough to be understood.)
Social Security numbers are not reassigned... Just go to the .gov website and see for yourself...
