Correct insofar as that goes. Many of us are nonetheless using "words" to increase awareness of this issue by non-traditional means. And those means are by ways not even connected directly to the internet and blogosphere. It's seeding books (Dr. Corsi's most recent volume, "Where's the Birth Certificate" comes most immediately to mind), flyers and other literature "seeded" in public places where they are most likely to be discovered, digested and hopefully passed along. It's marking paper currency with the message that Obama's birth certificate is fake. It's intelligently and persuasively arguing the case that, at the VERY LEAST, we cannot know that Mr. Obama is eligible because he has not been properly vetted. Any reasonable person would, upon learning all of the bs unknowns surrounding this individual would at the very least come away concerned, if not downright skeptical of Mr. Obama's past, and the truth of his birth narrative. In that sense, "words, alone" can have a great deal of effect on the knowledge base and perceptions of the citizenry. It is not for nothing that the phrase "The pen is mightier than the sword" is of lasting usage. Things may yet devolve to the point of more drastic turns of events before this Constitutional crisis is resolved. In the present however, reaching and educating our fellow citizens on the heights of arrogance and depths of deception the current administration and its cabal of orchestra conductors is complicit in is of paramount importance. If not you, who? If not now, when?

Maybe we need to take another step, too. As unfair as it may or may not sound, perhaps we need to start citing specific regulars by name and say, "what did YOU do this week?" We may lose a few participants, but I'm guessing all those frustrated among us will migrate here (and Obamafake)to be among those who are fed up with all those around us looking skyward for the hero that can only be found within themselves.

The irony of Jefferson's statement is that blood only needs to be shed if a large portion of society becomes complacent in keeping tabs on their government and no longer sticks to principle.
Unfortunately, due to complacency, people that care about freedom end up shedding blood for those that caused the situation in the first place.
All of this could have been avoided if people were more vigilant past and present.
I have printed out copies of Douglass Vogt's report and will be mailing it tomorrow to my Representatives coupled with a short letter of demand. I will send it requesting a certification of acceptance.
Once I receive that, I will contact them requesting their response.

If only I had the bucks, I would hire this outfit just blocks from my house to take to the skies over Bakersfield to deliver the message: "Obama's birth certificate is a fake."
What is needed is for just one committee of the House of Representatives to issue a congressional subpoena for the original Hawaii birth record and have it examined by a diplomate of the American Board Of Forensic Document Examiners. This whole issue could be put to rest permanently.

You can see to it that the complacency ends today by taking your own action to get the word out. There are several ways that have been outlined in these threads that cost very little. Which one are you doing this week? Your individual action will inspire others. Rely on it.

2 suggestions:
1. On the short letter itself, somewhere very visible and probably along the top, write "This Letter Has Been Sent Regular Mail and Certified Return Receipt Requested" and send it both ways. That's what lawyers do to get the attention of the recipient because that is how letters are sent so as to be immediately admissible as evidence in court. Anyone with any law training gives those letters their priority attention.
2. Be sure to include links to places where they can get all the info. You may want to put the Obamafake web address in the letter or even print out the two "Expert" pages (1,2, 3 and 4, 5, 6), then you have 6 experts to go along. These people live in an ivory tower, as I'm sure you know. They may be only somewhat interested in Vogt's complaint, but if they see that and ALSO realize that in the real world experts are coming out by the score, they may decide it's in their own best interests to get in front of this issue. Be sure to tell them of course that you will be publicizing their responses, and reporting to WND and the Canadian Free Press their lack of response if they do not answer.
I'm sure you know to do all this, but others may not, so I'm taking the opportunity to just say it.
My own feeling is that contacting reps should be the last thing anyone does because those people surely know and are simply pretending not to. But good work, anyway. It sure as hell beats nothing.

What exactly does being an Adobe expert have to do with a document that anyone can see by the metadata was NOT CREATED USING ANY ADOBE PROGRAM?
Anyone using Windows Vista or Windows 7 can download the PDF from the White House, right click and choose "properties"; go to the PDF tab and read that it was created with "Mac OS X 10.6.7 Quartz PDFContext".
It was created using a program from APPLE, not Adobe. Why can't WND find an Apple Quartz expert?

Nice try, but you are outnumbered and outclassed by tens of thousands to one. Instead of us, why not ask Zebest who has co-authored some of the most popular books on Adobe photoshop, or Poyssick who helped to author the original Adobe photoshop? Illustrator and photoshop are superb at deconstructing this piece of junk euphemistically called Obama's long form birth certificate, and there is a reason for that.
It isn't just WND that is onto this. The photoshop blogs and message boards have been alive with this.
Everybody with any computer graphic expertise - including any basic student - knows this thing is a constructed fake. Your pathetic attempted mis-direction of the conversation will not work. Now we are getting the word out to main street. And when that happens, the arrogant communist presidency is over.

I am working on some things. I am getting some things printed up to put on winshields. Less expensive than fliers as I can get about 8 per page. When I get the video game up and running I will get you the link, you will need a copy of the game in order to see it, though.
Perhaps if we ever get a chance to meet at some convention I will explain why I am being so careful. Wish I could say more.

I'll try to e-mail you and we can talk. The video game is a good idea but we have to get things into the physical world also, meaning expanding away from ebing almost exclusively on the internet. Trump was on TV - not the internet - the tea part has parties in town squares, real places. The Globe, on store shelves everywhere, has clearly had an impact. TV talking heads who dare bring it, etc.
I'm not saying to abandon the internet - I would never have made Obamafake if I thought that. I'm saying we need to take it to the next level - physical reality - also. If that means doing a little less on the internet, so be it. Or take it to OTHER places on the internet - message boards and youtube response areas where they aren't expecting us; Justin Beiber boards, wherever. We're talking to each other too much. We need to start shouting to the world, and we need to start shouting right now: Obama's birth certificate is fake. It is. We all know it. Now THEY have to know it. Then we win automatically.

This is what the liberals did back in the day and they now control the media and much of government - that people don't like. We can take it back a thousand times faster using the exact same methods. Look for some serious backlash coming from the Oscama camp as they will be looking to do something again to try and squash the message.

In lieu of the expensive skywriting idea, I am going the dollar-stamping route. In fact, I bought the kit yesterday at Wal-Mart and got busy setting it up and stamping a batch of bills to spread the word that Barky's BC is a fake.
I also came up with the idea to make a poster with the same message and standing at a busy intersection known for drawing demonstrators of all kinds like those who branded Bush a war criminal or the young woman who courageously takes a stand against abortion every now and then. But the prospect of being assaulted by a leftist loon gives me second thoughts about doing this.

PS- Seeded 9 more annotated bills today. Protip for the earnest-but-wary (or embarrassed?) patriots out there: Alternate annotations on paper bills in your wallets between front, then the back of the notes. That way, when you are ready to hand over your cash to the receiver/cashier, you can for example hand over two, three or even four bills with the message "Obama's birth certificate is fake" on the FRONT of those bills, but with the top bill in the handed-over stack having the message on the BACK of that top-most bill, which is still useful, as these instruments get shuffled a lot in their handling. Just trying to think outside the box, here. And to offer some of our passionate but, for whatever reason still-reticent fellow patriots a low-key way to enter the fray.

Another bill stamper! Excellent. W';re moving officially on what, close to 10, now, stated publicly, on this board alone? 10 people stamping 20 one-dollar bills JUST ONCE, will lead to the message being seen according to the Where's George and Disease Control Center models to 50,400 people in 3 months. If they (we) do the same thing every week for those 3 months, the message winds up being seen by 5 - 10 MILLION in that same 3 months. It's unbelievable how the numbers on these formulas add up quickly.
You are one brave person to talk about standing with a sign, but I would never do it unless you have a bunch of friends and are really ready to take the heat. But there is safety in numbers, so your next local tea party rally MIGHT be an opportunity. But you are wise to not stand with a sign. That;s just asking for trouble; isn't that nice? Asking for trouble in the US for expressing your belief based on legit facts in a legal way. We better change this country around and fast.
You could try a balloon launch on the upcoming 4th of July weekend, too. There are others off this board, but on this board our friend Darcy from Canada is doing one, where the jet-stream is certain to take her rubber army of media soldiers clear across the boarder and into the heart of the US east coast.

Your posts are always fantastic, FJ. seriously. Taking the worry away for people concerned of being "outed" as they hand over bills is great(I was concerned about it at first and then did much of what you are suggesting instinctively. After a while you relax and it's no big deal).
Do know also that these bills also usually go easily through cash-taking machines, adjusted for all sorts of bill imperfections, so if you go the to supermarket and they have the do-it-yourself checkout with the mechanical cash taker, those bills are taken out often and redistributed as change right away. Any kind of vending machine is easy and you don't have to give any concerns a second thought.
At a diner? Leave a tip! (the waitresses will talk to other customers about it, too). A bar? The same. Is there a Help Starving Children or Help Abused Animals donation can at a store or bank? You can help the needy and spread the word at the same time.
I love the idea of the top bill being a fake-out with the message written on the back. Of course, if people are really worried for some reason, they can always just spread the bills one at a time with any purchase. That way if it;s outed, with only one the person can shake their head angrily at those crazy birthers.
It's too bad we live in a country where honest expressions via the 1st amendment require people to go undercover, now. Unless of course you want yo just say to the cashier, "Yeah, so what? You gotta problem?" There's always that.

You do as much as you humanly can and then if the ground-game changes you adjust, like any battle. We're winning already, though. If we really turn up the juice as some people here are doing, it's hard to imagine that this new wave of very novel and attention-getting actions which blow past the silence of the mainstream media won't have a significant impact before the summer is out.

This question is answered on Where's George, also, which was investigated by the Gov and came out clean. They have been doing their thing for 12 years and inspired several other games in which money is stamped and tracked - none of which have been shut down as illegal. That's far more commercial than a political 1st amendment-protected statement. I would never have recommended it if it wasn't legal, and kudos to Gina at www.birther.bravehost.com for coming up with the genius and doing the homework of the laws involved.
It's legal. Relax. If it isn't then someone was been pretty lax with Where's George which brags about having something like millions of dollars worth of cash being tracked.That would be a lot of illegal activity if it was illegal to stamp money.

BTW, the answer there on Yahoo is wrong about one thing: the answer-giver is guessing off the top of his head that a bill exchanges hands 100 - 200 times in it;s life. he's way, way off. Where's George and the center for disease control, using Where's George info to construct a model, figured a bill would travel 500 in some space of months and would ultimately change hands hundreds of thousands of times in less than a year. It's definitely worth doing.

The reality outweighs your personal assumptions in the workplace and what you were told by your superiors: Where's George and the lack of any arrest or prosecution after the Gov admitted they investigated it and came up with nothing but an order for the owner to stop advertising stamps for his business, plus it's thriving popularity after 12 years manifestly demonstrate your information to be 100% factually incorrect.
As long as you do not advertise, and do it in a way that it is still useable as legal tender - in other words, you don;t mess it up so badly that it can no longer be used as money - the law is explicit: it is legal. Do your homework first. You could be any authority on earth saying it is illegal according to the U.S. law, but the statement would still be entirely incorrect.

I really feel obliged to wrap up the argument against Aunties assertion at defacing currency is always illegal. This is absolutely not true. As I said, Where's George had to stop advertising with the stamps advertising the website. No other action was taken by the government. The reason is the exact wording of the treasury, the link for which is HERE:

This is why the Where's George guy isn't working off a lifetime of community service. He was never even charged with the smallest offense. Destroying currency, spray painting it over, scratching off the heads of the presidents and the dollar amounts, all those are illegal because the currency is no longer useable. But Where's George WANTS the currency to be circulated in a normal fashion. And so do we. That's the whole point.
What we are doing is just as legal as what Where's George is doing: a modest stamping of a message on US currency. Obots will hate it but that's their problem. This is legal or Where's George would have been shut down 12 years ago - they got no special exemptions. other tracking games do it, too. Stamping OBAMA'S BIRTH CERTIFICATE IS FAKE is legal. Absolutely.
