So now Bauer is in a quandry...he either turns Obama in for the crime, or he chills for a few weeks and then quietly resigns with the excuse if questioned he will say he distanced himself from Obama once he found out there was no bc from the DOH or he is concerned about the legitimacy of it and that is client is not being forthright.

That's why I've not thought much of the minor inconsistencies or minor contradictions of Corsi's made during his many, many interviews over the last few weeks. I write them off to Corsi keeping the Barky camp guessing and off-centered.

It is interesting that as Jack Maskell stated in the CSR memo that "even a “delayed issued” official birth certificate can be “prima facie evidence” of “natural-born citizenship,”....
Jack Maskell further attempts to ensure that any document with a State Seal and attested by any State authority, is proof in a court of law by such validity alone, verification of birth within that State.....
I have a few questions to the reasoning behind this attempted "assumptions" by Jack Maskell of why in the world would he even mention the two together? A State Seal Document and a Delayed Birth Certificate, would be prima facie evidence that the Birth Happened in the U.S. State, and NO investigation to corroborate said document would or should be investigated?
Is the White House preparing for the "Just-in-case" there is an official investigation and declaring "Partial Document' just discovered such as a delayed Birth Certificate, good enough and should end there?
I don't know, but it definitely becomes suspicious.

Just reading at Dr. Orly Site pertaining to the recent released a scheduling order on June 1st, issued today June 3, fraudulent use of the Connecticut Social Security number case, she comments:

What is important, that it says, that the FOIA cases are exempt from the initial meet and confer, which means that there is no need for Rule 26 conference, so the discovery is on, which means, that the deposition of the White House Counsel regarding Obama’s fraudulent use of the Connecticut Social Security number 042-68-4425 and his use of the forged birth certificate, can go on. I wonder, if the White House Counsel Robert Bauer got information from one of the clerks, that the case will go on, which prompted his resignation the next day, on June the second. I got this information via PACER only a few minutes ago, even though I am the plaintiff on the case.."
It appears the DOJ and SS dept. are having a difficult time attempting to block releasing information.
Please note that prima facie evidence means that it is evidence that is accepted at first glance, unverified and is valid only if not rebutted. This does not apply in the case of all of the false docs submitted by Chairman Soetoro which have been all extensively rebutted.

Why did Obama send in Biden to meet with the Pope and not himself?
Surely Bowing to the Pope, as he does to the Muslims, would be "out of respect" as he says, or tying his shoes, drops a penny (Lincoln is on it, very valuable) and being the great Christian Obama is, he should show respect to the Catholic Church and take Communion on his knees from the Pope himself, while asking for forgiveness.
Surely, If Obama can get on his knees in a Muslim Mosque whilst visiting Muslim Nations, kick off his shoes, point his head in the direction of Mecca, and pray to Allah, in the name of "I'm just doing it to respect them" excuse (Media photos available), then surely he should not have sent in Biden?
Now I am confident, that the Pope would have allowed Obama to bring his personal musallah (Personal prayer run, you know, that one covering the Great Seal of American in the Oval office 5 times a day) along with him.
The Pope does make special accommodations during such special visits.. Really, he does.

When Obama dies, either from Old age or serving life sentence in Prison, or early on during his life sentence in Prison by sharing a cell with Big Bubba (whom got his nickname somehow while only being 5ft. tall), will the patriots of America either
A) Bury him according to his request with his head pointing in the direction of Mecca, or...
B) Drop him from the U.S.S. Nimitz into unknown Ocean waters?
I personally like the cell with Big Bubba and option B.

Maybe that's the entire basic logic and conclusion he reached, prima facie, since he claims that no other investigation should occur once a document pertaining a Seal is Introduced?
It appears that Mr. Maskell is attempting to introduce a future document and wishes it to be accepted on its face, with no questions asked, no investigations for verification, no authentication of said document, no correlating documents for verification, no questions asked.
