The only thing preventing Orly and her 2 experts from executing the subpoena on HDOH on Monday are SEIU and ACORN thugs keeping her from reaching there.
I suggested to her to have Rusty Humphries (WGST 640 am Atlanta) who is currently in Oahu and Sam Slom (HI State Senator) accompany her to the facility to ensure she is not blocked from entering the premises.

Here's what will happen-
Hawaii will refuse to show the birth certificate and more back and forth legal wrangling until for another 3 years.
Groups of us need to purchase large blocks of tickets to major sporting events. Everyone then holds up a portion of a huge sign that reads "The B.C. is a fake." Keep the sign up for the entire game. Sort of like a protest. If done throughtout the country, the word will spread. My thought is, I refuse to believe I'm the only one who's had enough. I want every American to know we're being hoodwinked and we ought not to be taking it anymore.
We each have an opinion on about every subject in the world. We are here to share those opinions and personal insights and do what we can do to help the cause.
When there are snarkey comments made between *one of our own* it is very discomforting and personaly, I want to just get off that blog.

This is rich: The comments about Barry being a traitor prompted me to look up "treason" in Wikipedia, where I found this laughable line inserted by some bozo: "Members of the Tea Party who held the debt limit of the United States hostage in 2011 to their agenda are also guilty of treason."
Someone who knows how to manipulate Wikipedia entries ought to challenge that statement and propose something else about Barry being a candidate for charges under the Alien and Sedition Acts.
I hope the Hawaii law firm will help Orly to go by the letter of Hawaii law. That means if Hawaii rejects her subpoena (which is likely) She needs to go to a Hawaii judge and get a court order (a subpoena is not a court order). A search warrant is a court order and Hawaii law specifically mentions that inspection of a confidential birth record is permitted if "a person whose right to inspect or obtain a certified copy of the record is established by an order of a court of competent jurisdiction." Hawaii Revised Statutes 338-18(b)(9)

@DUST2332 I am glad you asked. What you saw is not the affidavits that I have submitted, under Seal, to the courts. I have always had two sets of affidavits: the one placed under Seal, containing my legal name and complete list of credential, and a few (like the unsigned one and "XXX") that I made for the Internet to jerk around Obots.
I submitted the same affidavit to ALL of the eligibility lawyers that you know - like Taitz, Berg, Kreep, Kerschner, - and a 1/2 dozen more that are not known.

I have seen 3 of those people listed being bashed, mostly by OBOTS, but not one. One of those was doing some of the bashing.

So you're saying that Obama ripped off his fake Apr 27th, 2011 COLB from you. You'll have to prove it. If true, you should also be able to recreate the fake Hawaiian COLB with ease. You should be able to show the world how you put it together in such fine detail it would leave no doubt that you created it. If you're the real deal, you would have then "Punked" Obama even if it was not your intention in this way.
