This is SSgt Daryn J. Moran. The below email is to a reporter about my response to his attempts to reach me for a couple of questions.
I am short on time to discuss much other than to say the Lord has allowed me to remain with my family and we are leaving Germany, and I am receiving an Honorable discharge.
Thank you to all who prayed. What a blessing to know the protection of the Lord.
I will have positive things to say when I get there, in addition to things already distributed. I hope everyone will be prepared to hear the hand of God in all of this, and why my faith is stronger.
Back on American soil within this week, I'm sorry the itinerary is unavailable to the public, but I am coming with my Bible in hand, joy in my heart, and many friends to make and see. Thank God.

Honorable discharge? There has to be something more to this. If this gets out to all those enlisted that are now afraid of dying, then this could be huge. Just say, OBAMA! is a usurper and you are free. We need to get all the cowards in the military on our side. Get the word out that this is an easy way out and the press will have to follow it.

I cannot begin to put into words how proud I am of you and Pixel Patriot. The two of you gave this honorable man w/a conscience a vehicle to express his heartfelt and patriotic love for his country. No court, military or not, could have ever sentenced this man after the two of you gave him such a powerful forum in which to display his honor, his integrity, his patriotism.

By the DoD granting this Honorable Discharge they are admitting that the CIC is a fraud and illegal president and agreeing with Sgt. Moran's charges.

There is something fishy going on here. Why isn't SSGT Moran being court marshaled, like Lt.Col. Lakin was? Why no court marshal this time? Does the US military now just honorably discharge any soldier who doesn't obey orders? Is that what the US military has come to? Who is it in the higher ups of the US military who ordered this guy honorably discharged rather than court marshaled? Someone must have thought that the court marshal of SSGT Moran would not have proceeded as smoothly or as favorably as that of Lt.Col. Lakin's did!
Anon @2:06 pm - taken in totality, what Pixel Patriot, ORYR, Kerchner and Manning did by giving Moran an open forum, unedited, served as protection for this man. They successfully gave him the opportunity to plead his case to the public before ever stepping into a court proceeding.
As well, one must accept the fact that there are those in the chain of command who do not nor will not standby while allowing yet another brother get railroaded like Lakin did. I have to believe not all of the military is willing to cast aside their integrity, their honor, their sworn allegiance all for the sake of saving their pension. Without question the Joint Chiefs of Staff and their officers have sold their souls for the almighty dollar, but not the rest of the command. I have to believe their are still honorable men/women serving our country and they will do the right thing when push comes to shove.
And in this case, by all appearances, someone did the right thing. Maybe it's a signal for others to follow suit. If you want a military coup then this would be the way to do it, that is when the enlisted start to refuse orders based on the CIC's ineligibility your entire structure is threatened. I'm sure nothing would please the top brass more than to remove this man from the WH and take command of this country, and I'm sure they are patiently waiting for a reason.

Whether any member of the military is court-martialed or not is at the discretion of the Commanding Officer. Different commanding officers come up with different conclusions on a case by case basis.
Enlisted men have more latitude in exercising freedom of speech than do officers, under the Uniform Code of Military Justice.
The illegal and co. just dodged a bullet. Moran would have spoken out had there been a court marshall. All men and women serving need to come forward now and demand the illegal be removed. Once they do, the illegal is done. They have the power. Is it too soon to say the illegal alien's days are numbered? Maybe, but I sense the winds of change are blowing. I hope I'm right. SSgt Moran has done us a big favor, he has forced the issue and even Stars and Stripes printed a (not so nice)but informative piece. Moran said from the get go he was being discharged, not for this but the othersreasons listed above. I am grateful that he used that discharge to open the subject, and also that he was not then given a dis-honorable discharge.
I hate what happenned to Lakin, but this does not really compare. It does not mean anyone who tells the truth, we have a fake president with fake ids, will get an honorable discharge.

The difference between Lakin's case and that of Moran is that Moran questioned both Obama's birth location and the fact of Obama's foreign citizen father, whereas Lakin questioned only the birth location.

The outprocessing that was begun in May was due, IN MORAN'S OWN WORDS, to his opposition to the "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" repeal. He posted that himself on forums earlier this summer.
He's being honorably discharged under a medical discharge, the papers will stamped so this guy will never again be allowed to serve.

I am deeply ashamed of all of our elected politicians!!! As has been said, they all took an oath to defend our country and our Constitution. The highest office in our country has been usurped by a liar and a socialist, and not one politician has even batted an eye. In my mind, they are all liars and cowards for not doing one thing to investigate our so-called president. He is leading our country down a path of destruction, and still, not one politician is man, or woman enough to stand up to this "hack".

By discharging him, the feds remove him from having any standing in a court to contend that the man known as Obama is an usurper.
There have been a couple of enlisted personnel who have demanded proof of Obama's eligibility, and they have had their orders changed, or been discharged. The officers, they have fought in court.
I'm wondering, is there something in the general orders, or military oaths, that is different for enlisted, that gives them the rights (or standing) to demand proof from Obama? Something that is different from an officers oaths?
The good news on SSgt Moran and Lt.C. Lakin is that by being separated from the military against their will, they might now have legal standing to sue because the first requirement of standing is suffering an "injury-in-fact." They have suffered injury (discharge and imprisonment) directly related to Barack Obama which might give them standing. It would be great if there were members of Congress who were also willing to be co-plaintiffs representing the People in an Obama eligibility lawsuit along with Lakin and Moran.
Also, now that Moran and Lakin are separated from the military, they are out from under the Uniform Code of Military Justice restrictions on their First Amendment rights to speak their minds.
For example Article 88 of the Uniform Code of Military Justice bars commissioned officers from speaking against the President and other governmental officials.

My hats off to SSGT Moran. It takes real courage to stand for what you believe in. I'm a former AF vet. who probably wouldn't have the guts to do what Mr. Moran did. The real cowards are those who put their head in the sand and pretend the usurper is legitimate. They "go along to get along" (Republicrats, SCOTUS, Congress, Military and all the executive alphabet soup agencies). In the book that Obama swore on when he took his oath of office, there is a passage in James 2:20 that says faith without works is dead. It is evident to me that Mr. Moran's faith is alive.
