and we all know what the outcome is gonna be..
Tatz should just save her airfare and appear on phone from California , this will save her the humiliation of going to Hawahii, just to hear the inevitable bad news.

The motion to dismiss her writ of mandamus will be granted!

"Taitz v Fuddy, Notice of Hearing Served: Loretta Fuddy, et. al.,(Hawaii Department of Health) file Motion to Dismiss the same day."

Of course it was the same day. That is what one does when filing a motion and requesting a hearing. You look at the judge's calendar and/or contact the clerk and request/confirm the first available day that the judge is hearing motions and there's a time available and you "request" that hearing date. It's law 101.

You should be aware of 2 things: 1) that date may change; 2) having a hearing scheduled does not necessarily mean there will be an actual hearing with attorneys present. The motion can be "heard" on the papers alone.

I've also seen folks around the internet stating that if Orly were to win this motion that there will be production of documents ordered that day or scheduled to be produced that day. That is also not true.

I couldn't find the documents on Orly's site? How did you get them?

God bless this woman, she is braver and stronger than all of the cowards presently serving in the Congress combined! Whoever has the resources to do so, please send her money, and including funds for personal security!

@Anonymous

They were downloaded from the Obot Jack Ryan's page. However they first were uploaded by another Fogblower living in Hawaii named Mike Dunford.

Note to M.D., they say "COPY courtesy of www.ObamaReleaseYourRecords.com - www.BirtherReport.com" as do most of the other files uploaded to the ORYR scribd account.

We really don't care what you object to but we do thank you for taking the time to upload them.

Hmmmmm. Orly filed for a writ of mandamus from the Circuit Court. Rule 81.1 says that mandamus is abolished in the circuit courts of the state.

Gee, a good thing that Orly consults therules of procedure.

Oh wait.

Never mind.

Didn't Orly consult with the prominent law firms in Hawaii that Jerome Corsi was so kind to arrange for her? Certainly, they would know if a Writ of Mandamus could be obtained in Circuit Court. Orly is always a team player so this petition must be based on the collective knowledge of Hawaiian legal experts. The Hawaiian AG's office has to be wrong about this abolishment thing.

If she does get her hands on it, can you imagine the effect on the unions day of rage on the seventeenth???
