Taitz v Astrue, Reply to Opposition to Motion for Reconsideration, Obama's E-Verified Failed Connecticut Social Security Number

Dr. Orly Taitz, Esq. (Hereinafter “Taitz”) submits this reply to opposition to motion for reconsideration and respectfully requests emergency hearing and oral argument on the merits within 20 days, based on newly discovered information and based on an assertion of clear error and manifest injustice, pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 59(e). This motion is based on the instant Memorandum of points and authorities, exhibits herein, and any matters present at oral argument.
MEMORANDUM OF POINTS AND AUTHORITIES
Opposition by the defendant, Commissioner of Social Security Michael Astrue did not oppose any substantive points of the motion for reconsideration and the motion should be considered unopposed on the merits. In case the court believes, that the substantive points were addressed, the Plaintiff provides the following argument in reply to opposition and in support for motion for reconsideration.
EMERGENCY CITUATION
Defendant Michael Astrue, Commissioner of the Social Security administration through his attorneys, Department of Justice-US Attorneys' office, is claiming that the fact that Barack Obama, an individual without a valid social security number according to e-verify, is occupying the position of the US president and Commander in Chief, does not represent an emergency situation and therefore there should not be a reconsideration.
In response Plaintiff herein is using Your Honors' own lexicon: "They are either toying with the nation or showing their stupidity".
Taitz provided irrefutable evidence, showing that Barack Hussein Obama has used in his tax returns and his selective service a Connecticut Social security number 042-68-4425, which was never assigned to him according to E-verify. Even without e-verify, fraud is evident, as the number starts with 042, a number sequence assigned to the state of CT, where Obama never resided. Can our Commissioner of Social Security and our Department of Justice led by Eric Holder be so completely brain dead to suggest, that having a criminal with a stolen social security number and a forged birth certificate and an unknown allegiance does not represent an emergency?
For Michael Astrue, a licensed attorney, Commissioner of Social Security Administration; for the US attorneys, representing him, to even suggest, that there is no “legitimate public interest” in knowing whether we have a criminal in the White House with a fraudulently obtained Social Security number, is simply unthinkable, it represents a total lack of allegiance to the Constitution of the United States of America, that they were sworn to protect. This behavior by the Commissioner of the Social Security administration and US attorneys representing him, is simply criminal, it simply amounts to obstruction of justice, aiding and abetting Social Security fraud and possibly treason against the United States of America. If this is not an emergency, what is, if there is no public interest in knowing, whether we have a criminal in the White House, when is there a public interest? Can there be a more dire emergency? We have a breach of the national security in the highest office in the land, and our Department of Justice does not grasp that this is an emergency?
It is hard to believe that we have such an unprecedented stupidity, therefore we are left to deduct, that we have an unprecedented level of corruption in all three brunches of our government, which allows this crime to go on for nearly three years. Specifically because it is the highest level of emergency, we need Your Honor to address the evidence and reconsider the motion for summary judgment.

I think you somehow missed that Barack Obama is not a defendant in Taitz v Astrue. Michael J. Astrue is a George W. Bush appointee to a six year term as Commissioner of the Social Security Administration.
Mr. Astrue was sworn in in 2007.
I know I commented on the misspelled word...but, let me be clear, (as Barry likes to say), Orly Taitz is a hero to me, with more courage than all 535 members of Congress, the Supreme Court and all the cowardly judges combined.
Even if she never wins anything, she is a true American hero.

I did not miss that Mr. Astrue is the defendent. What you are missing is that there is no difference between the Reps and Dems. Only people with their head in the sand believe there is a difference. If there was a difference between the two parties this issue would have been resolved.

She needs to follow the federal reg and procedure of not showing the entire SSN in her filing. She got in trouble with that with the Judge before. She needs to just show the last 4 digits, i.e., saying Obama is using a Connecticut prefixed SSN ending in -4425. There are ways to point out to the judge and the public very clearly with words that Obama is using a SSN only available to residents of CT in 1977 without showing the whole number literally as she did in that draft, and violating the fed court rules regarding partial redaction of SSNs used in filings.
I have just come across possible information that Stanley Ann Dunham, Obama's mother had a British Passport prior to 1965 and not a U.S. passport. Since she was newly married to a British Protected husband, she was entitled to receive one prior to her sons birth and it makes credible sense. The earliest travel document was a 1967 renewal of passport F777788 issued two years earlier in July 19, 1965 which is the application for which was presumably destroyed. I haven't seen Corsi or any other investigation look at this angle. I suggest someone contact the British Passport Services to inquire into this pertaining to her pre 1965 travel documents.

You must be speaking about Dr. Conspiracy's FOIA request response from the State Department. We already know the DOS is playing games with records pertaining to Obama and his family. Dr. Conspiracy's latest commentary just further confirms we were right all along.

@Montex I expect justice. Taitz is on the side of justice, but it's getting really hard to find a judge that takes his oath to our constitution seriously. soetoro will be exposed, it's just a matter of time!
when are we going to demand that our state police arrest and hold every congressman and senator for this treason against our nation? remember they work for us we do not work for them. its time they are made examples to the next elected people that we the people will hold them to account. they are traitors and need to be treated as such.
I noticed that Taitz used the "Full" Social Security Number again - the very thing that Lamberth chastised her for in say she was "either toying with the court or showing her stupidity".
I would really like Taitz to prevail, but she is in over her head and needs help. I expect she will be lucky to escape without sanctions also.

the author of this complaint needs help to translate into English and correct many typos
also, she needs to study the judge's prior ruling very carefully or fact additional sanctions. I would look into carefully replacing every instance of the shown SSN with the name of the person who it was assigned to. The dead person's name. For example, instead of saying this is obama's SSN, say it's "JOHN DOE'S SSN, a man deceased since..." then couch that in statement that the law says nothing about releasing a dead man's SSN. Make no mention that it is associated legally in any way to OBAMA, say OBAMA is using a dead man's SSN. Make no reference to or any statements saying that it's OBAMA's SSN. The same with the Aunt and the Uncle. This is possible way to avoid sanctions. State your proof and your facts.
