I am with you in spirit, while I am dispirited. As much as I like Marco Rubio, why does he think he is a Natural Born Citizen? Why is such a basic question not resolved to the satisfaction of the Constitution? The republicans are not better than the democrats on this issue, quite sad indeed. As I see both sides throwing our Constitution into the waste bin of history, all I feel is sorrow for those who gave their lives that we might be free. And this, this is how we show our respect?

I don't know about you, but I'll believe it when I see it. And if does take place, I wouldn't be surprised if they produce another more convincing forgery. We've told them every thing wrong with the first one.

I believe that the forgery was created in 1961 and it was created by Dr. David A. Sinclair, the physician named on the Obama long form, as a favor for Barack Obama's grandmother, Madeline Dunham.
I belive that forgery has been in the files of the Hawaii Department of Health since 1961. There is no other logical way to explain the two birth announcements for Obama that were in the Honolulu newspapers back in August of 1961.
You stupid Obots also believe Obama tells the truth. The newspaper announcements don't mean shit. They were generated from a list sent from the department of health not the hospitals or the parents. Hawaii also issued certifications of live births to children not born in Hawaii which also would have been sent to the newspapers. The announcements don't prove a birth in Hawaii.
I guess sheriff joe didn't get the memo that everybody knew the birth certificate was a fake 6 months ago.

hey Anon, the another explanation is that the birth announcements were tampered with too. We've only seen them on microfiche. And supposedly there are anomalies in them too. That's what the reward per this site's owner was all about. If there were a legit bc it would have been shown already - especially if Dr. Sinclair prepared it.
And really if Orly blows it again on a technicality would it be about time to put her on the suspicious list? I mean would it not be a good strategy by a criminal to hire a lawyer for the prosecution, send all the best evidence to him...and then have him screw it up with bumbling mistakes that gets that evidence thrown out of court? Do I think Team Obama is that cunning? Uh yes.

The hospital fills out the Certificate of Live Birth (Ann Dunham signed it on August 7, 1961)and the hospital forwards it to the "Health Bureau" as it was called in 1961 where the Local Registrar signs it and adds the state Seal to certify it and then the Health Bureau forwards that information to the newspapers.
Doctor Sinclair signed the Certificate of Live Birth on August
8, 1961.

Well, then, it seems you have a problem.
Obama had his lawyers release a scanned long form BC on April 27th- at the news conference he said that "others" had examined it and it was the real McCoy. Finally, Obama has the hammer to smash all the birther's slanderous lies once and for all-- and what does Obama do? Why he runs away and does answer even one question. Furthermore, I have yet to find even one comment where Obama says these BC's are real. Reminds me of President Clinton who said he , "never had sex with that woman" and then congress found out since the word sex was not defined, Clinton did not utter a lie that was an impeachable offense.
Finally, no one birther has ever been sued or arrested for their claims against Obama- not one arrest. If they were arrested, then they would have "standing" to issue enforceable subpoenas to Hawaii and any other agency that has sealed records about Obama's life and birth.
Think about that.

You are wrong. First, a civil plaintiff cannot be arrested for making claims. Second, getting oneself arrest does not entitled you to discovery of Hawaii's vital records.

You're probably correct about that technicality, but it is a fact that if Obama or the government brings action against someone for their claims about Obama, then they would have standing and could 'discovery' the documents from Hawaii. That's why no defensive actions have occurred.

Word from the courtroom in Hawaii is that the case was dismissed. The judge ruled from the bench.
