Unreleased 'Never Vetted' Book, Natural Born Citizen Chapter Released for Free Download & Distribution
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE…
October 6, 2011
The author, CPT Pamela Barnett, USA Retired, has released her Natural Born Citizen Chapter of her unreleased book Never Vetted, Unlawful President, The Loophole in Our Democracy, for free to help educate the public on what a U.S. NATURAL Born Citizen is, and how Barack Hussein Obama is not one. Barnett is one of the named plaintiffs in Barnett, Keyes et al v. Obama which is still at the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals. Delays caused by the State Department for over 2.5 years have caused Barnett to prepare a Freedom of Information lawsuit to force the release of withheld records on Obama’s mother. She has been waiting for this information to use in her book.
Barnett believes that it is in greater public interest to release her first chapter NATURAL BORN Citizen for free download from her website unlawfulpresident.com. Final edits on this chapter have not been made. Barnett requests that she and the other contributors in the book be given full credit. This chapter is copyright protected 2011 and may be shared at no cost, but it cannot be sold for any amount. It may also be printed and distributed. Barnett asks if you are on Facebook to like her book and to also subscribe to her blog so you will be notified when the entire book is released for purchase.

This is very nice and I'm all for it but the title OFF.
Does's anyone else see what,s PISSING me off..?!
No wonder we're so fu%&ed.
Obama's eligibility is going nowhere. It feels like we are stuck and we can't move any further. I miss 2009 and 2010 when everyday you thought that next big story to break the fraud wide open and remove him from office would come on that day. Now everybody has given up. Barack hussein obama has won and there is nothing we can do about it. All of our leaders have giving up. What happened to the guy who said he had the flight logs of obama from 1961 arriving in hawaii from kenya??? This is becoming a joke.
The term "DEMOCRACY" never appears in any of the Founding Documents. Yet, more and more, the the phrase "Our Democracy" is used to describe our form of gov't.
The founders loathed democracy and that is why we have a Constitutional Republic.
I respectfully suggest, that she change the title.
Yeah, change the title. That will make a HUGE difference.
A democracy is two wolves and a lamb deciding what is for lunch. We are not a democracy.
Please read Article 4, Section 4 of the US Constitution, do not use a government website.
BTW, you can't impeach a usurper. Impeachment is a Constitutional process he does not merit.
This download cited "Article I, Section 9". However, in my own copy of the Constitution, it's "Article I, Section 8"!!

BINGO..!
We haven't lost. For crying out loud, we haven't even put up a fight yet. As for leaders giving up, thats impossible because we don't, and haven't had, any leaders. And still don't as of this writing. In fact, thats the one thing that bothers me, we have no leaders, zero, nada, zilch. People are beginning to realize only we can end this charade, if at all. I'm not going to bail on my fellow Americans and my country. When the call comes to march on the capitol, be ready and prepared to go. Should a leader not emerge, we'll choose one while there. Now, if we lack the guts to do what we have to, then, yeah, we lost. But we didn't lose to the communists, we lost our identity as Americans. By taking care of business in the capitol, we reinstill and reestablish who we are in this world.

Since some of the Founding Fathers were from New England, which has always used the direct democracy of town hall meetings as the structure of local government, it is an overstatement to say that ALL of the Founding Fathers opposed democracy.
There is no difference between a "republican form of government" and a REPRESENTATIVE democracy, as opposed to a DIRECT democracy.
In the modern world, any state of the Union where there is an initiative and referendum process(currently 27 states) has DIRECT democracy. That is how states have gotten rid of affirmative action, by DIRECT democracy.
“Democracy is the government of the people, by the people, for the people.” — Abraham Lincoln
"Democracy is worth dying for, because it's the most deeply honorable form of government ever devised by man." --Ronald Reagan
"It has been said that democracy is the worst form of government except all the others that have been tried." --Sir Winston Churchill, Honorary American Citizen
Not all REPUBLICS are created equal. For example, the Union of Soviet Socialist REPUBlICS and the People's REPUBLIC of China.
Once again, a republic is a form of government where citizens get to vote for elected representatives. A representative democracy, as opposed to a direct (pure) democracy is identical to a republican form of government.
The first two political eras of American government were named "Jeffersonian Democracy" and "Jacksonian Democracy" after Andrew Jackson, founder of the Democratic Party.
@Anonymous
You need to get a clear handle on what you are trying to say....you are all over the map with democracy - republic - and then you even throw in republican form of government.
I see where you are going, I understand (I think) what you are trying to say, but for pete's sake - when your post is splitting hairs, you need to get each and every hair correct.
The founding fathers were most certainly NOT from NEW England....England, yes. Each and every one of them were opposed to the monarchy of the King and trying to create a new form of government that belonged to We The People. In the purest sense of democracy - yes, they detested it since it is nothing more than MOB rule.
You are correct that we are a republic form of democracy; however, we certainly do NOT vote for POTUS, the electors do that and they are under no obligation to vote the majority vote of their state. They are free to vote for the POTUS that THEY feel is the best for the job...according to the Constitution.
What does it really matter - no one even adheres to the Constitution anymore. We no longer have a republic. We are inches away from a dictatorship and it scares me to death that Obama is in charge - I fear he will never leave and thought that the day he was sworn in.
@kismetique
So John Adams,WASN'T from Massachusetts, a New England state?
Or perhaps you're trying to say that Adams wasn't a Founding Father.
John Hancock was also from New England.
A "founding father" is a signer of either the Declaration of Independence or The Constitution or both. They were from every one of the 13 colonies.
I'm hoping that Capt. Pamela Barnett, and perhaps others who regularly post here, can help me. I have been searching for a civics text that describes the requirements for "natural born citizen." One of my kids is in fifth grade and I cannot find anything in her text book that defines the term. My son, who is a freshman in H.S., has a history book that refers to the NBC requirement but does not say what makes a person an NBC.
Every year the Visiting Nurse Association has a huge book sale of books, records, encyclopedias, software, etc. that have been donated. I searched textbooks, some going back to the 1970s, and could not find one that teaches that both parents must be citizens and that the child must be born within the territorial jurisdiction of the United States.
Please, could everyone check their child's books and post here their findings? I am constantly bombarded with demands by Obots to cite a book, which I know exists because I distinctly remember being taught that in grade school and high school in the late 1970s through mid 1980s.
-There is no difference between a "republican form of government" and a REPRESENTATIVE democracy, as opposed to a DIRECT democracy.
No no no. There is a big difference. The difference is our Constitution. A piece of paper with a set of rules on it. No other system in the world has one like it. And once they DEMOCRATICALLY take it away from us we will never get it back.
There is a reason why the framers did'nt give us a DEMOCRACY. they did'nt give us a REPRESENTATIVE democracy or a DIRECT democracy. They did'nt give us a DEMOCRACY period.
What they gave us is a CONSTITUTIONAL REPRESENTATIVE REPUBLIC. Again a PIECE OF PAPER WITH RULES. That must be obeyd even when a DEMOCRATIC MAJORITY dissagree..! It is the SUPREME LAW OF THE LAND.
Whe have a democratic system of elections but our form of government is a REPUBLIC.
Ask any Friendly Neighborhood Third World Marxist Dictator. and they will argue to the death that their's is a DEMOCRACY and how they are in support of TRUE DEMOCRACY. Castro, Chaves, Ortega, They all LOVE the word and use it often.
And from a certain perspective they are absolutely right..! Contrary to popular belief The majority of People in these countries (or should we say DEMOCRATIC MAJORITY) support and adore their Beloved Leaders. Much in the same way those BUMS out there on Wall Street still love Yomama..!
It is of the upmost importance that we DENOUNCE the word. It is by not doing so that we have gotten into this mess in the first place.
Bottom line: Constitutional Republic = GOOD
Democracy = Mob Rule = SUCKS
now hear this....since you all had crappy grade school history teachers or you are forgetful, or can't read. The const. states it get's the nb part from the LAW OF NATIONS. This isn't controversial...it's just lied about. obama is in their for a reason....to force this shit on us and blame him if it goes bad...which it is and this is the beginning of the end of the zio rule. they are finished.
