Congr. Labrador is well aware of my work, he knows, who I am. Right now their number one goal is prosecution of “Fast and Furious”. They are seeking resignation or removal of Eric Holder, possible criminal prosecution of Holder.
He raised a new concern, which I did not hear before. He wanted to make sure, that the birth certificate issue will not resemble Monica Lewinsky affair. It is very important, that my supporters contact their Congressmen, their Senators, particularly ones, who sit on House Judiciary committee nd Oversight committee and reiterate, that ObamaforgeryGate is akin to Watergate, not Lewinsky affair. We are not talking about some personal matter. We are talking about a person getting in the WH, while using a stolen Social Security number and a forged BC. They are playing orly for a fool. They say fast and furious is their number one goal. They have been talking about it for seven months and nothing has been done yet. 7 months one appearance by eric holder this week" you do the math. People have demanded that obama be removed from the presidents office since january 2009 and now 2 and a half years later they say another investigation is our main concern first. They always have an excuse why nothing can be done right now. If you pay attention to everybody who has talked about this issue since january 2009 including sheriff joe the only thing that has been constant and the only thing that is always there is the excuse of why nothing can be done right now.

1:52 AM is absolutely correct. Orly must cease talking to and/or listening to these people (congressional members). In fact, I am somewhat shocked and surprised Orly continues to engage them. Remember the photo of Orly and Bachmann hugging? That made me sick. What could Orly possibly be thinking? If she's going to converse with members of congress, at least have the guts to call them out for what they are- traitors. Orly better cut this out or risk losing support. Mine, anyway. All of these issues are a matter of timing. Things will heat up as we approach mid 2012. Once Holder is gone - Barry's firewall is down. We may very well see an Obama resignation as the evidence piles up.
The fast and furious and many other impeachable offenses by the Obama regime are the distractions they are using to avoid the only issue that matters, the crimes and ineligibility of whoever it is pretending to be president and his enablers. The regime has already proven they will give the middle finger to anyone who demands information they do not want to release, subpenas or not.
The regime has already solidified their power to the point of making Congress irrelevant, even if the assumption is made that there are people in Congress who actually want to expose and bring the criminals to justice.

Congressman Darrell Issa, who chairs the investigative committee that Congressman Labrador is on said over a year ago that there will be NO investigations of any issue concerning Obama that took place before he was elected president. I agree that Orly was being "shined on" by the Congressman. He wants her endorsement and birther votes but he knows that Fast and Furious will drag on long after next year's election.
If the House Oversight and Government Refore Committee waa going to investigate Obama's eligibility, they would have held at least one hearing on it by now.

When Congress confirmed the first of Obama's appointees to his Cabinet on votes from both political parties and political independents, Congress was acknowledging him as the President.
Some of Obama's appointees have been confirmed unanimously (like Secretary of Defense Panetta).
He IS the President. He can be removed from the presidency by impeachement and conviction, resignation, death/infirmity, or defeat in the next vote of the Electoral College.

It looks like about 75 birthers showed up today for "A National Call to Action" at the Washington Monument while President Obama was placing a wreath at the Tomb of the Unknowns in Arlington National Cemetary before flying to San Diego to be aboard the USS Vinson Aircraft Carrier for tonight's North Carolina-Michigan State basketball game.
What happened at today's march on DC to restore our Constitutional Republic? Any updates available? I can't find any coverage anywhere. I hope there was a huge turnout!

I hear they had a good turnout. Something like 200 people (although some may have been people stopping to see what was up), still not bad for a holiday and in the cold weather.

It was freezing cold due to wind but about 200+ hardy patriots and veterans turned out. Many left before the program was over because of the cold. The program was great and solidarity between veterans and tea party patriots was further cemented. JB had an awesome lineup of speakers. I thought it was pretty incredible they were able to get the permit and raise the money to pay for staging and excellent sound system at such short notice. Today is the beginning of something extraordinary. The Declaration to Restore the Constitutional Republic is our line in the sand. Obama's tyrannical regime will be taken down. One way or another. Next Veterans Day will be a day of celebration or defeat. What will it be?

The last two appointees of President Obama, Leon Panetta at the Department of Defense and General John Petraeus at CIA were confirmed by the United States Senate on votes of 100-0 and 94-0.
Obviously the US Senate accepts Barack Hussein Obama II as President.
The US military follows his orders, Congress sends him legislation to sign into law and the Supreme Court has upheld many of his policy initiatives as being Constitutional.
He may not be YOUR president, but he is THE President.

There are people who will still discuss whether the earth is flat, whether it is only 4,000 years old or whether man really walked on the moon. What people are still discussing means nothing.
If a lawsuit has merit, an appeals court will reverse the lower court's ruling and order the original jurisdiction court to hear it at trial.
There have been 49 appeals court rulings and 16 US Supreme Court rulings and appeals level court has ordered a trial on the merits which means there is no merit.
If you don't want Obama to be president, man up and do it the old fashioned way, kick his butt in an election.
There has been no court looking at Obama's eligibility, or his many other apparent crimes based on the merits of the case. Obviously, this is because the courts already know what the answer will be and it is not something they want the responsibility for uncovering.
IMO they have been intimidated into submission by the Obama regime.

Unfortunately, it's not that simple. He's not just "not MY president" He's not ANYBODYS president. He's NOT a president. That's the problem. He's a "USURPER".
