Gee, I wonder how long Huckabee will still have a show on Fox since they have gone to great lengths to cover for Obama. I am happy he was brave enough to stand up and mention this but it makes me wonder if either Huckabee is leaving Fox or maybe, just maybe, Fox knows that things are about to break open so they want to be on the right side. It does seem like they are mentioning things more and more, Bret Baier a couple weeks ago actually did a fair report and mentioned natural born for the first time, Hannity the other nite and now on O'Reilly, things are heating up and they want to pretend that they were fair and balanced when the dam bursts! I also believe Fox News is hedging it's bets by allowing it's talking heads to discuss making Barry release his school records. If Barry did this, and he won't of course, the charade would end immediately.

No, the judge is ruling in favor of the birther attorneys, letting them win a few small battles, on pretrial motions.
Then, when he ultimately rules in favor of allowing Obama to remain on the primary ballot, the challengers, in their appeal, will not be able to point to any of his rulings and claim he was biased or made legal error in his rulings that allowed them to get the discovery they wanted.

They bend over backward to accommodate the party that is going to lose the lawsuit, so there are fewer grounds on which to complain. Where have we seen this before? Think Judge Carter in the Barnett v. Obama case.

I just read on "Fox Nation" the interview Obama had in 1995 with the Chicago paper "The Reader". Again, Obama tells The Reader that he lived in Djakarta from "age two to ten"! But all of his news sites (Media Matters, Snopes, etc.) say he didn't move to Indonesia "until he was six years old"!!! This interview with The Reader was in 1995---and IN PRINT it says "from age two to ten" Obama lived in Djakarta, Indonesia!
NOW, liberal newspaper "Washington Post" is saying "WE SHOULD HAVE LOOKED AT OBAMA'S RECORD MORE CLOSELY", while he was an Illinois Senator, before endorsing him for President! (Who would have thunk it???)

Since the foreign student subject is just one of the links showing Obama is not a natural born citizen, it looks like Huckabee is inadvertantly or perhaps even on purpose starting to assert that Obama is a fraud. In other words Huckabee is a "birther" whether he wants to admit it or not.
My guess though, is that they want so bad to say something but can't so they are looking for another way to do it without using the BC issue. Perhaps one will hint to the bogus SSN sometime soon.
What I don't understand also is why the Republicans don't expose the allegations that Obama is gay. McGreevy, Foley, and others have seen their careers go down the tubes instantly when it gets revealed. Is that not the goal? In Obama's case - it's adultery, a charge they are already hammering on Gingrich. There is a lot of evidence - the three alleged gay lovers in Chicago who mysteriously died before the election, two by savage gunshot wounds, Larry Sinclair's book and the fact that Obama is a lifetime member of Man's Country, a gay club in Chicago. There are live people involved too that know the truth. Democrats/Socialists/Communists think different than Republicans...they think about one thing: WINNING the election. These people play dirty, real dirty. If we do like McCain did in the last election and stay silent we will see the end of this nation.
I like the fact he said it the way he did, it avoids directly a "birther" accusation because he didn't call for the things we usually do. (but we all know it means the same thing and also OPENS A NEW FRONT)
