At ~ 4:20 pm PST (hour 2), Roger began talking about how we know nothing about Obama; no one knew him at Columbia (e.g. George Stephanopoulos & Wayne Allyn Root – supposed classmates); etc. etc., and why doesn’t the media ask these questions?

I called in and told the screener that I wanted to answer Roger’s question of why there were no records of Obama at Columbia. I was put on at 5:05 pm PST. (at the beginning of hour 3) (5:00 – 12:00 minutes of the broadcast)
Below I will summarize what I covered:
1. I participated in research that discovered Obama never attended Columbia, and heard the testimony of Wayne Allyn Root saying that he never attended school there with him.
2. I told Roger: You will have the answer to all your questions at a hearing in an Atlanta, GA courthouse, on Thursday, 26 January (‘I’ve heard about that’, said Roger, ‘but I don’t think it’s going anywhere’), where Judge Malihi has subpoenaed all those missing records. There will be 3 cases heard, telling us why there are no records (we don’t need Obama to be there), and determining whether a private individual (not ‘President’) named Obama should have his name on the GA Ballot as a candidate for the Office of President: ‘Article II says that ‘no person, except a natural born Citizen,… shall be eligible for the Office of President’.
3. (Roger then said we can be pretty sure that he was born in Hawaii, because they would not have put the announcement in the newspapers in anticipation of his running for president 48 years later).
‘Not so’, said I. The announcement that was published (if it was in fact actually published) in 2 newspapers were exactly the same, so they came from one ‘report’.
Also, you must be aware that someone born anywhere in the world could get an Hawaiian Certificate of Live Birth – simply by someone who lived in Hawaii reporting a birth (anywhere in the world). Imagine, if you will, a proud grandma being told by her daughter that she just gave birth to a son (e.g. in Kenya). That would not be a ‘future president’ conspiracy, it would simply be a proud grandma announcing the birth of her new grandson. The address of the announcement was the grandmother’s address.

The announcements were NOT for "grand-ma" or any other person.
They were standard "public-notice" of the filing of Certification of Live Birth, (on Aug. 4, 1960).
Most people should know that everything "recorded" with the County Recording Office's are PUBLIC NOTICED.
That has been verified, and also very obvious to anyone actually looking at the papers. On the same-page is also public-notice of wedding LICENSES. Now I acknowledge that actual weddings are often printed in newspapers, (indeed from notice from the actual wedded-couple), BUT, wedding LICENSES are not usually printed, BUT, they were in Hawaii at that time, by the same newspapers on the same page.
AND, as noted above, that "Certification of Live Birth" does not actually prove a birth in Hawaii, NOR THE DATE, since the info can (and does) come from someone in the family instead of the hospital. (were used for home-births or when "residents of Hawaii for ONE-YEAR" have a baby when out of state and want the birth recorded for future reference).
The key statement there is "residents of Hawaii for ONE-YEAR" ... it is notable that Obama's mother/family only moved to Hawaii in Aug. of 59, for Aug. 60 was the EARLIEST LEGAL DATE it could be filed.
My personal belief is that Obama's mother was already pregnant when they moved to Hawaii in Aug. 59, (putting his actual birth-date sometime in Jan or Feb (60).

Obama did go to Columbia, Jr + Sr year. I have a copy of the graduation program with the name 'Barack Hussein Obama.' Obama did not graduate with any honors. How, then did he get into Harvard?
I find it amazing that people want to see Mitt Romneys tax returns and Newts contract with Fannie Mar. HOWEVER Obama refuses to release ANY OF HIS RECORDS. I SAID ANY.... To those of you who refuse or don't follow what is going on in politics or the White House please consider Obama has not released any of his records. Its helpful to point out that the newspaper birth announcements listed the grandparent's actual address, giving common sense credence to the simple premise, that the Dunhams merely wanted to legitimize and/or give reasonable proof of US citizenship to their grandson, later to be known as Barry Soetero/aka Barack Obama. Dr. Corsi and others have documented proof of this address belonging to the grandparents, the parents of the fraud in chief never lived together at any time. And yet the propagandist media has never admitted this basic truth.
Chipping away at that great wall that has propped up the Swindler in Chief has been chipped away at diligently by many many patriots. Finally, the wall has cracked and humpty dumtpy will begin his great fall.
This exchange is quite revealing. I admit I don't know much about Hedgecock but he's not unlike many mainline talk show hosts. Still, after all this time, they don't even know the right questions to be asking. They're like parrots. Gibbering away repeating the same talking points now for 4+ years. For instance, the whole newspaper announcement thing "proving" Obama was born in Hawaii. Is it any wonder that inquiries into Barry's past have gone nowhere? This guy, Hedgecock, represents that "faction" of the "media" most likely to investigate and demand answers and frankly he sounds just as aloof and just as clueless as the rest of them. WTF, no one with any relationship to common sense thinks that the Framers meant there to be no distinction between a natural-born citizen and a bastardized anchor baby. All of this is inane silliness and absurdity redefined. With deft and efficacy that even Winston would be proud of they've changed the meaning of words.
And for the record, you Obot trolls, I don't see this case going anywhere in the end. At this point I just want to see a ruling on the merits. This country is already DOA. George Bush was every bit as dastardly and despicable as Obama is in almost every way. Why "no" comments on this ???
Last night I posted an explanation of the "announcements" and how they got into the paper. They were not placed by a "person", (mother / grandma etc.).
They were automatic "public-notice" of filings at the County Recording Office. Newspapers have an option to print any county filings.
It only proves that something, (probably the CertificaTION of Live Birth) was recorded on Aug. 4, 1960.
But that does not prove he was born in Hawaii since they were used for recording of births to Hawaii residents (for a period of at least ONE-YEAR) when they were out of state/country, (and for "home" births instead of a hospital).
This is further evidenced by the fact that on the SAME-PAGE, there is also listed wedding LICENSES. Now I admit that actual "weddings" are often submitted to newspapers to publish, (by the parties), but NOT wedding LICENSES. But wedding licenses are indeed "public-notice" and newspapers have an option to print them if they want, and they did on the SAME-PAGE as the birth-death public-notice announcements.
NOTE: that the filing of a CertificaTION (of live birth) also does not prove his DATE of birth since the only requirement for such filing is that the relative be a "resident of Hawaii for at least ONE-YEAR". No actual proof of a date-of-birth is required and Aug-60 was the earliest date it could be filed since Obama's mother/family only moved to Hawaii in Aug-59.

Thanks for that info. I knew I remembered hearing him filling in for Rush way back when; I haven't listened regularly to Rush's show for several years now ever since it became apparent to me that Rush is more of a globalist and less of a constitutionalist. And his comments yesterday most certainly confirmed my conclusion with Rush stating he approved of the TSA's unlawful detention of Rand Paul.

You are aware that this is a hearing, that the judge can only sends a suggestion to the SoS who can act or ignore as he see's fit. No findings of fact, no orders, no sanctions, no arrest powers.
The recommendation is either yes or no, that's it. Nothing else will be up for discussion.
Lets suppose for one moment that the judge does make a recommendation to the SoS to strike Obama from the Democratic Primary ballot and the SoS agrees and the Democratic party don't appeal to the state Supreme Court. What next.....

There is only one person on the Democratic Party list, if Obama is struck, the GA delegates simply, at the DP convention, vote their votes for who ever they please...which since the only delegate is Obama will be.....

I am a retired peace officer. When I graduated from college and was applying for an entry level position with various departments, along with every application certified copies of my long form birth certificate (COLBs were not accepted), certified copies of my high school and college transcripts, allow them to inspect my passport and declare all outside nations I had visited. All this was for an entry level security position. He ran for president, the top position in the nation, and never provided anyone with any documentation. Yes, I agree with the above comments: where there is smoke, there is fire. I have never accepted him as my president because of it.
To me, more important than the eligibility issue, is the fact that the Democratic Party conspired to allow this to happen as shown by the two differing nomination documents signed by Pelosi after the 2008 primaries. A citizen should NEVER have to ask themselves or anyone else if a candidate is eligible for that office. The Secretary of State, in each state, should be responsible for screening candidates to ensure eligibility before they are ever allowed on the ballot. In 2008, to my horror, this is not done. In fact all that is needed is a signed statement from any person stating that they are eligible. No background checks are done, and information is not verified. While the office of the president is a federal position, it is the states that control the ballots. Everyone needs to demand that their Secretary of State do their job and confirm the eligibility of candidates BEFORE they are allowed to be placed on the ballots.
1:30 PM, Thanks, but not until I see Soetoro and co. arrested would I even consider the election. As far as who will do the arresting, we will. At some point, it will be out of the courts hands, and into ours. Soetoro loses, no matter what. Those bastards in Washington could very well be shaking in their boots. The hearing on Thursday is administrative. It is not a criminal trial. The only outcome of the hearing is a recommendation by the Administrative Law Judge to the Georgia Secretary of State.
The Secretary of State then has the option of accepting the recommendation or rejecting it.

AS for SoS vetting the candidates, in most states they are not required to do any investigation. If you want changed then contact your state legislatures and have them change the laws.

Well, because since the passage of the 14th Amendment in 1868, there is no difference in the law between a "Citizen of the United States at birth" (the current term in the US Code) and a "natural born citizen."
There are only two classifications of US citizens: Born and Naturalized. There is no difference between a born citizen and a natural born citizen.

The fact is, contrary to popular belief, there is no "security check". Bill Clinton could not have passed one either, and neither could half of his staff. Compare a US Citizen vs. a Natural Born Citizen, both born here...
a 1-here is a naturalized at birth by statute and a 2-here is not naturalized at birth by statute since they are natural born citizens
but both are US Citizens
It's already in the Const, SCOTU, Acts and Laws
Note: The ONLY permutation omitted from the naturalized at birth statutes is 2 US Citizen parents born on US Soil, because NBCs are never statutory.
Even though obots lie about 1401-1 0-here born subject to jurisdiction to mean everyone born here is a statutory US Citizen (when it's based on the 14th written in 1868 to give former slaves citizenship), it wouldn't even make any logical sense to say
0-here is a naturalized-at-birth-statutory-US-Citizen NABSUSC then say that
1-here is NABSUSC
2-abroad is NABSUSC
if 0-here is NABSUSC by their interpretation (everyone, even foreign parent born babies), there's no point so saying 1-here is NABSUSC (i.e. now we're requiring 1 US Citizen parent) since the obots lie would have already included them as NABSUSC since 0 US citizen parents are required (by their misinterpretation)....FURTHER there would be no reason to say 0-here is NABSUSC and 1-here is NABSUSC, but so why omit 2-here as NABSUSC?
Then obots say foreign-parent anchor babies are more fit to be president than 2 US Citizen parents who have a baby abroad...think about that...it's ridiculous
So the real question is
WHY DO THE NATURALIZED AT BIRTH STATUTORY US CITIZEN LAWS
OMIT 2 US CITIZEN PARENTS BORN ON US SOIL?
Answer: because they are natural born citizens
So the difference between US Citizen in Article I is that that includes all NABSUSC, NSUSC and NBC, the only permutation not mentioned.
Natural Born Citizen is exactly what a statutory naturalized citizen is not.

Not according to the government. The INS says that a naturalized citizen, a native born citizen and a natural born citizen are three different things. See:

If both her parents were U.S. citizens when she was born it defines NBC. If not, and because this was done in 2009, it is another attempt to interchange native born and natural born, either intentionally, or through ignorance.

native born means born jus soli only
native means natural born citizen
naturalized means by statutes (oath or born-citizen, doesn't matter it's just governed by statutes)
natural born citizen means 2 US Citizen parents born on US soil
