THE VENUS case, ruled on by the U.S. Supreme Court, tells us the same thing that Minor v. Happersett tells us---that to be a natural-born citizen one must be born of U.S. Citizen parents! There are, at least, 5 or 6 U.S. Supreme Court Cases which all back up this "conclusion"! No new precedents have been cited to refute these earlier cases. And this is EXACTLY WHY SCOTUS does not want to hear ANY cases against Obama---because they KNOW what the "precedent cases are"! (Therefore, SCOTUS is absconding from their official role in our nation.)
If the eligibility rule is applied to Obama, so must it be applied to Mitt Romney. There are reasonably credible stories that Mitt’s father was born in Mexico of a Mexican father and never became a naturalised US citizen. (Mormons settled in Mexico to avoid laws on monogamous marriages) IOW, Mitt fails to qualify as a “natural born citizen”. Same as Obama. Could this all along be the reason behind... the Republican Party’s obstinate reluctance to apply a Constitutional ruling to Obama’s presidency? They knew in doing so they would be hoist on their own petard and if Obama was kicked out, so would Mitt be deemed ineligible. It’s obvious now that the Republican Party establishment had Mitt locked into the 2012 nomination four years ago. Were they therefore downplaying the Obama natural born citizen issue all this time expressly to avoid having to ditch Mitt? Maybe, maybe not, but if it ever turned out to be so, it wouldn’t surprise me one bit. WE the American Conservative people have been getting screwed from our own party!!!

When Sen. McCain announced his intent to run for the presidency sometime in 2006, there was a minor hue and cry made by the major Democrats. Leading the pack were Senators Obama and Clinton. Their objection was that McCain had not been born in the American territories. In response Congress launched an investigation. This investigation lasted approximately 18 months. They came back with a determination that they announced sometime prior to the last election. They determined that Sen. McCain had indeed been born in American owned territory. His father was an officer in the Navy, and was stationed on a base owned by United States at the time of McCain's birth. The base was located in Panama. McCain freely handed over all his documentation everything they required which is considerably more than what this alleged President has been asked for. Congress determined nearly a dozen requirements for eligibility of President of the United States. There are 4 of these requirements I will focus on:
a). The President of the United States must be a natural born citizen of the United States. They must be born in the United States proper which includes territories and real estate owned by the United States government. They may not hold dual citizenship.
b). The President of United States must be born to a mother who is a natural born citizen of the United States. They may not be dual citizens.
c). The mother of the President of the United States must have resided in the United States proper for the previous 18 years before the birth of the President of the United States.
d). This is the most important point. The father of the President of the United States must be a natural born citizen of the United States proper. The father of the President of the United States cannot hold dual citizenship.
5). This is where item 5 will be introduced. It is the one and only fact that has not and cannot be disputed. Obama has admitted publicly, and in his book that his father was born in Kenya and held a British passport as well. In essence his father held a dual citizenship. Neither of these citizenships was of the United States proper. Therefore his father was not a natural born citizen of the United States proper. This issue and this issue alone establishes the ineligibility of Obama Junior to be President of the United States proper. The nature of his father cannot be disputed. So how is it that nobody in the media, government employees, politicians, policemen, or military officers have not acted on this information which clearly establishes that Obama occupies the office of President of the United States fraudulently. This would make Obama guilty of several different criminal counts including high treason, which is an executable offense.
It is item 5 that I do not understand why the blogs or the various entities on the Internet have not investigated or discussed. It is the simplest and easiest and shortness fact to establish the unquestionable fact of ineligibility. Ignore the 1st 4 arguments focus on the 5th.

I am writing this in response to a discussion I have been trying to initiate for several months now. People seem to be focused on 4 of 5 issues concerning Obama.
1). His selective service status and how it occurred, since he apparently was in school in California at the same time that somehow he was in Hawaii getting his selective service documentation done and signed for.
2). His so-called social security number apparently he got it while he was still working at Baskin-Robbins in Hawaii. He was apparently 17 years old then. The 1st 3 numbers of the Social Security number indicate the number originated in New Hampshire. Although records indicate he never lived or worked in New Hampshire. Some data concerning this number registered in his own databases for various activities that he has used the number for reveal that this number is registered to an individual born in 1890. The question here is how did he get to New Hampshire and spend at least a week to get that number at that time-when he was in Hawaii and working at Baskin-Robbins where he would more than likely need a Social Security number to get the job at Baskin-Robbins. So if he had a number already why would he need to travel to New Hampshire to get another number? At that time proxy 1975 you had to acquire your Social Security number from an office where you lived. They could not be done through the mail or any other method. So now it would seem he has 2 social security numbers. There is much more to be said here but this should get an idea across.
3). His birth certificate issue, which has been covered in depth all over the Internet. It seems that he has presented possibly 3 forged versions.
4). His so-called scholarship through the Fulbright Foundation for foreign students that are indigent. To apply for a Fulbright Foundation Scholarship he would have to declare himself to be indigent, a foreign student meaning not a citizen of the United States of America. It would appear if this is true he committed fraud against the Fulbright Foundation.
These first 4 issues have been highly publicized to some degree. Most people have heard of these first 4 issues. These issues are being obscured or obfuscated by various entities for whatever reason. This clouds issues that should have been settled nearly 4 years ago. In part it is my belief that this has been accomplished with the aid of the mainstream media for a variety of reasons which I will not go into here. Before I establish the fact that the 5th issue will settle the eligibility argument rapidly and with little confusion, I will explain the basis for the 5th issue to be the one and only reason needed by any authority to establish this imposter’s ineligibility. He is nothing more than another foreign illegal taking advantage of the American people and their extremely corrupt public servants/elected officials. These individuals should be representing the American people looking out for their best interests; however they have made it readily apparent where their true loyalties and integrity lie.
Now I will establish the necessary information to understand why issue 5 is very relevant and would very quickly establish and determine eligibility of Obama without question. This should put to rest the bickering and misinformation and disinformation, by those who seek to benefit from this situation. I also believe that there are those in high-power positions in government and industry, and foreign interests who can and most likely are blackmailing this President and others in our government because they know the truth and are using it on them. This is not. This jeopardizes not only our constitutional government but our citizens. It is my belief that it has gotten this far because there is a well-funded silent coup d'état in progress.

Mr. Freedman you have misstated that the parents of the president must be natural born citizens. That is not the case and defies logic in that only the people that are in families that were here during the signing of the constitution would be able to meet the requirement as you stated. Rather you need to have both parents citizens at the time of the childs birth and the progeny needs to be born on US soil therby excluding all who have dual citizenship. --nicknack60
