Glad the efforts are being made but SC will never hear this and all appeals will be denied until it gets to that level. Our country has been taken over in a bloodless coup. We have until November to find his(whoever he is) real birth certificate, adoption records, and school applications which likely show he applied as a foreign student. Dude was not born in Hawaii or else he is lying about his entire identity and could be the Son of Sam for all we know. Birth records may be impossible to find because there is no such person as Barack Obama Jr. Ever think about that? That should matter a lot. He is no more the son of that Kenyan then my white honkey ass. Without these documents or proof of who he is, Obama wins reelection by fraud in 2012 and then the Constitution will suffer its final shredding. These appeals are a total waste of time.

The result of this appeal will be the same as the last case to go to the Fulton County Superior Court, i.e. nothing.

If it is true that the 2 new nuclear plants are a pay off for the decision in Obama's favor then this thing goes to the top in Georgia, and no appeal will do anything.

Actually, Arpaio never set a date in February to release the Posse investigation report. And the March 1st date is only a delay of a matter of hours from what he initially stated about what month the report would be released.
There's a typo in the very beginning of the petition/summons for Kevin Powell where it says:
"TO THE ABOVE NAMED DEFENDANT(S):
YOUR are hereby summoned..." YOUR should be YOU!
And many cut down Orly for her spelling but English isn't even her first language *sigh*

It isn't the minor spelling errors that is the major problem. It is the COUNTLESS filings Orly submits that don't follow proper COURT RULES AND PROCEDURES.
Just go and look at her last motion for pro hac vice in Georgia.
She again did not follow several court rules such as listing her $20,000 sanction by Georgia judge Land and not having an attorney in Georgia to sponsor her.

I have been following the efforts to expose Obama since shortly after the election in 2008. Sadly, it has been snuffed out at every turn. I didn't used to be a conspiracy theorist, but the level of complicity to protect this man has opened my mind to the fact there is a conspiracy at the highest levels protecting this fraud. Unfortunately, Georgia law will require that all the cases are consolidated under one judge. Since Orly filed first, they will probably be assigned to Judge Wright.

Even if Ms. Taitz had filled out the application correctly, she most likely would have been denied "pro hac vice" status due to the fact that she had been sanctioned previously for misconduct in Georgia by US District Court Judge Clay Land in the lawsuit Rhodes v MacDonald.
Ms. Taitz was denied an injunction to block her sanction by the US Supreme Court and she paid the $20,000 fine.
Can you tell me why people are expecting Arpaio's posse is going to come up with earth shattering information? They can't force any state, federal, or foreign agency to provide documents so they are working from the same information that anyone else has access to.

Dr. James David Manning has a good take on what is happening. He thinks there was deal brokered between Saudi Arabia and the USA leadership. Which she's certainly not going to do. Plus she can't (and won't) find an attorney to sponsor her because no one is going to put their reputation and license on the line to do so.
She's now posted on her blog that she's not going to attempt to comply and has informed Mr. Farrar that he can go it pro se. Another thrown under the bus by Orly. Once someone is not longer useful to her, that's what she does, just as she has practically everyone who is working on the issue besides her.
She's now "filed" a challenge in Indiana... twice. Following the first failure she was instructed how to properly file. She failed the second time as well. Why? So she can blame someone else for her failure there as well.
