It appears the board accepted Obama's birth in Hawaii and completely disregarded the NBC argument. Board didn't address or rule on it and it appears record is completely devoid of any factual argument to the NBC argument.
There was mention that the NBC argument was misinterpretation of Minor but nothing was ever presented to prove that fact. There was reference to the Ankeny Vs. Indiana case, but that case was in the State of Indiana. Further, there was mention of Leo Donofrio's Amicis Brief which contradicts the Ankeny case ruling. However, the board never presented any facts or argument on why Leo's Amicis Brief was meritless as it had been mentioned in the motion to dismiss.

They ruled against the Minor argument for one reason: Minor doesn't limit NBC. Plain and simple.
Don't understand why you think Georgia will have the same ruling. The Judge had an actual hearing. Listened to all the evidence not just NBC. People were actually permitted to hear evidence on the merits. So the two were not the same at all. Besides Obama was subpeoned as a private citizen and didn't show nor did his attorney. He lost the case on that alone. When it goes up for appeal which is likely, he won't be permitted to claim any new evidence. I'm just trying to figure out why his attorney didn't fight for him more. There's several things he could have done but didn't. Didn't even file a proper request to squash. Mmmmmm

This is political. The plaintiffs due process is short changed because the board does not have to apply rules that force it to follow US Law. They can arbitrarily assume whatever meaning they want for the term "Natural Born Citizen" and are not held responsible for enforcing the US Constitution.
The due process of these 3 cases take them to court, where they must assert the error by the election board.
Does Ill. law allow that or does it violate due process?

I've written to around 45 "representatives" in DC, over the last 3 years, that I thought were honest, including the 2 Pauls', Allen West, Demint, Bachmann, etc. I mailed them w/ delivery confirmation so I know they have seen the evidence. I didn't get so much as a return letter, they are either complicit or incompetent. My guess is the former, they are well aware. I wish I could somehow get to ask a question at one of these debates when they allow the audience to participate. I'm not sure what else can be done if Congress and the court system don't do their jobs other than a 2nd Revolution.

That is not the holding in Minor. The only people who have ever interpreted Minor as defining nbc and being binding precedent for nbc since 1875 is Donofrio and Apuzzo, period. No other attorney, no other jurist, no other SC justice. Why is that? Because it's just not true.

Illinois decision does NOT set precedent and is NOT binding on any other State. Also their decision can be appealed.

First of all, it was a single bullet (not bullets), and the incident occurred two and half years ago. Second, the New Jersey State Police concluded that it was stray bullet fired by a hunter.

the Illinois judge relied on a state court ruling that is inconsistent with the supreme court cases - yes plural. This ruling can not be used in the other states since it relies purely on Illinois state law - and the judge did not bother to differentiate why the Illinois case took precedent over the Supreme Court rulings.. appeal able.
