How "Special"? Is the judge an obama appointee?
It would be a good idea for Taitz to not text email or talk on the phone about this case. Surely there are people listening to her phone conversations and reading all of her correspondence. Maybe she should take a lesson from "Rules for Radicals" and put out some phony info for them.
I have no faith in the sheriff. All that twitter and facebook hype and now his super pac...reminds me of Trump. If he had anything, he'd have done told it.
A bit of trivia the "special judge" hometown was burnt to the ground by Union troops.
Dr Taitz is an excellent research lawyer. She knows how to dig for case law and supporting docs. What she sorely lacks is a trial lawyer presence. Dr Taitz needs to hire a co-counsel who has the polished delivery to get the point across.
I just posted in the other post that I also HOPE he has more than an announcement that "we need the original BC from Hawaii and/or microfilm-fiche".
We already know that and he could have made that announcement within a week of receiving the original information.

I have a feeling that checking on all connected transactions that would require a SSN listed....like dealing with the IRS possibly as well as the SSA re: the reported "non match" via the govt's own illegal SSN use checking system. These could be a stronger basis for ongoing felonies as well as a foundation for being no kind of citizen at all in the present and back years as well. And that has nothing to do with birth circumstances but probably a later adoption pointing as well to why Occidental entrance records (as foreign student?) are blocked. There's a lot of stuff and various channels...some not willing to give up without more strong arm authorities ordering such. Hopefully the network of sheriff solidarity can help.

Just so you know, under the Constitution, the president can not be removed from office by a judge. The only provision for removing a sitting president from office is impeachment by the House and conviction by a super majority of the Senate.
