“When I took this mission on, I took it on to possibly be able to clear the president,” Arpaio said during a speech in Maricopa County. “I was doing him a favor. We’ll see what happens.”
Arpaio has kept the results of the investigation close to the vest, but suggested in a speech Tuesday that new information would be revealed.
“I don’t have press conferences just to get my name on television. When I have a press conference, I talk about something,” Arpaio said. “I had about 250 tea party people, to sign a petition . . . came to me and asked their sheriff to investigate Obama and the birth certificate. So what should I do? Throw it in the waste basket and forget it like everybody else has done?”
The comments drew applause from the crowd, which was assembled to hear both Arpaio and presidential candidate Rick Santorum.

Sheriff Joe said in december that his cold case posse had 1000 pages of information on obama. So on march 1st I WANT TO SEE 1000 PAGES so I can spend hours and hours and hours looking at all the records and paperwork.

I'd love to see the press conference, I've already signed up for the email report. But what I can't find is what time the press conference is being held...I live in Florida now, but grew up in Phoenix and have loved Sheriff Joe ever since the advent of the tent city came to my attention. I'll keep checking back periodically, but would love it if someone could publish the time of the conference so I can calculate what time I need to be there

Rumor is it will be sometime around 1 p.m. Arizona time. Not completely sure on the exact time though.
I think the main stream media will cover it just to have a good laugh. All this cold case posse had to work with was the same documents that anyone else would have access to. They didn't force Hawaii or anyone else to turn over documents.
They'll talk about birth certificate numbers being out of sequence etc and how this must be investigated and I'm sure they'll send a copy to all the appropriate law enforcement agencies where it will be neatly filed for posterity.

Not true, I was involved in loading fuel in a pressurized water reactor many times during my 30 years in nuclear power. Actually, I was at times the SRO, (Senior Reactor Operator), in charge of refueling.
When the new enriched uranium fuel assemblies arrive at the plant you can touch them, hold them and even hug them if you want, with no ill effects. It is not until the reactor has been brought critical that the fuel assemblies become highly radioactive and at that time remain underwater during fuel transfer operations. The water provides shielding from the highly radioactive isotopes that build up once the reactor is brought critical and the fission process begins. But a new fuel assembly can and is handled and inspected after arrival, that is normal and no problem.
8 more days until we see what Arpaio's got.
I suspect that his investigation will merely corroberate what we already know.
That Obama's birth certificate and social security number do not appear to be legitimate.
That he is likely hiding some incriminating evidence regarding his citizenship in his sealed school records.
Arpaio will call for the release of Obama's sealed records and suggest that criminal charges should be brought against Obama.
Arpaio's findings and recommendations will fall on deaf ears or be laughed out of countenance by the main stream media (including Fox news). But moslty they will simply be ignored or discounted altogether.
We will find ourselves back at square one except for the fact that there will one more group of experts saying Obama is a fraud.
Congress and the FBI will continue to refuse to act, and Obama will not be removed from office.
That is how I think it will play out.

Not accurate.
The fuel rod was (allegedly) an enriched one for use in a nuclear reactor, that means that it has been made fron Uranium enriched to about 3%-5% U235.
The rod/s are in a jacket usually made of a zirconium alloy.
Hell you can juggle Uranium if you want so long as you don't forget to wash your hands afterwards due to the possibility of heavy metal poisoning
Not particularly dangerous to handle, once its been in a reactor however the byproducts can be very hazardous

153 Sieverts is instant DEATH from a single short exposure, and these guys are just partying hearty around the Uranium.

Whatever you want to believe, but thirty years of handling new uranium fuel assemblies at the power plant didn't seem to damage my DNA very much as I am now a healthier that average 68 year old.
The same procedure we used 35 years ago is still in place. The handling of new fuel assemblies is not particularly dangerous and the fact you saw Iranians handling new fuel assemblies with latex gloves has nothing to do with them dying from doing so...now or later. Nor does it have anything to do with them lying about having nuclear power.
I toured the factory a couple of times where the new fuel assemblies are built. The new enriched uranium fuel pellets are also handled with nothing more than gloves....and this is not a problem,

Due to the fact that Obama's electoral college votes were counted and certified by a Joint Session of Congress and he was administered the Oath of Office by the Chief Justice, he is the duly elected 44th President of the United States.
If Sheriff Joe's report shows criminal acts committed by Obama, that report would be turned over to the Maricopa County, Arizona District Attorney who could convene a Grand Jury investigation.
Most likely that would trigger a call for a FEDERAL Special Counsel (like Judge Kenneth Starr was appointed for Clinton) to be appointed by a three judge panel.
A special counsel investigation and a federal grand jury could lead to Articles of Impeachment against Obama. The problem with removing Obama from office via impeachment for High Crimes and Misdemeanors is that if that occurs before next January when a new Senate is seated, it would take 20 Democrats to agree to convict Obama for him to be removed from office. It takes 67 votes in the Senate to convict a president of the charges in a Bill of Impeachment.
The only penalty for criminal acts or civil offenses committed by a president is impeachment, conviction and removal from office. However once a president is removed from office, he becomes just a citizen and can be charged with misdemeanors, felonies and can be sued for damages.
Last time on this, I promise:
If you are talking about the process of making the fuel pellets. yes, there would be an inhalation hazard.
But at the power plant the only way we could get an inhalation hazard from a new fuel assembly would be to hacksaw a fuel rod, take a hammer and crush the fuel pellets into a fine power....and then snort it.

I lived in Lynchburg from 1980 till 1984. Worked as a simulator instructor at the Old Forest Road facility. I loved my time in Lynchburg and working for B&W.

The protocols for handling radioisotopes is very strict. So you're working around radioactive uranium and don't know that radioactive alpha and beta particles and gamma radiation are emitted at very high speeds and energy? Swensson's case has been transferred to Judge Wright, same as the Farrar case. There was no indication on the public docket of any others yet, but Powell is the same case as Swensson, so I suspect it will be, and Weldon's is the same as Powerll and Swensson, so based on Swensson's being moved, I'd think it highly likely they will all be moved to Judge Wright, which would be according to GA Code, with similar cases and issues.

I have come to believe that many people who post on this site seem to be working at cross purposes to one another.
Instead of contributing to the achievement of an overall goal. It appears that there are different factions trying to prevail over one another.
Some of these competitors may in fact be Obots who are acting as agent provocatuers, while others simply appear to be advancing competing philosophies and tactics.
If we are to prevail over Obama our common welfare has to come first. Our victory depends upon a unified effort to advance a common cause.

Arpaio might have done some good in the past but I have no faith that he will do what is right come March 1st.

I have confidence in Sheriff Arpaio's integrity and professionalism and that Obama's long arm of "persuasion" will have no effect on Arpaio's report, as opposed to what appeared to happen with GA Judge Mahili ruling in favor of Obama and the resulting ruling of the GA Secretary of State upholding Mahili's suspicious and questionable decision.
I also have confidence in my own research that concurs with the same evidence Arpaio is expected to release and also the mountain of evidence attorney Dr. Orly Taitz gathered and submitted to Sheriff Arpaio in AZ of which included Obama's alleged bogus CT social security number and the history that surrounds that can of worms.
All of this hard evidence from a variety of credible sources should further raise questions as to whom Obama really and his credibility as Commander in Chief and justify an immediate federal investigation. If Arpaio's report only confirm at least one or two (probably more) of Obama's lack of credibility (i.e., his forged birth certificate & his CT social security number, alleged use of bogus credit cards, etc.) should raise a big enough red flag that the USSC will be reluctantly compelled to open an official investigation at the federal level, of which will could produce even more evidence against Obama's eligibility. If (when) this happens, as I predicted in November 2011, Obama will then be forced to fabricate yet another story that will be designed to allow him to quietly withdraw from the 2012 election and possibly and prop-up Hillary Clinton to lead the 2012 democratic presidential race and try to salvage what will be left of his supporters and the democrat party's election strategy. The worst case scenario is if it is PROVEN Obama was never eligible, the USSC will rule him as such and they will be forced to remove Obama from office - of which the liberals and black will most assuredly be physically charged enough to forget they are Americans first and the threat of violence will be a great possibility. I hope they keep their cool and put our country first and think before they act. This scenario could be what the USSC has envisioned and may be the reason they have so cowardly consistently thrown Constitution compliance out the window.
I agree on much of what you stated -- including the "resign gracefully" and "creating chaos" parts that can happen when he is exposed, etc. But I also predict when Obama resigns, he will prop-up Hillary to take over the lead in the democrats' bid for the 2012 White House and the blacks and rabid near-sighted liberals could be a big part of the "chaos" .. another word for riots and anarchy.
It has been reported that Obama already has a covert plan in place (security by Muslim Brotherhood and New Black Panthers for starters) to incite violence if (when) he is removed from office. They just don't get it -- or they have the same political shortcomings and opinions on how the USA should be run -- and, if that is how they think, the USA doesn't need their kind in America.
I hope they keep their cool and suck it up -- because America will forgive them for following and believing in a liar and a fraud ... but will NOT forgive them if they incite or are involved in violence against America and the American people.
