The questions to Rick Santorum have gone repeatedly ignored and unanswered. Why? This evasive behavior on this subject by Rick Santorum reminds me of the same type of behavior by Marco Rubio. See the prior story about Marco Rubio and ultimately what we learned as to why he was evading answering the citizenship status of his parents and when they became U.S. Citizens in relation to Marco’s birth date here.
Thus given Rick Santorum’s similar evasive behavior over a lengthy period of time in his not answering the questions and providing copies of the citizenship papers for his father Aldo Santorum, if they exist, to show when Aldo Santorum naturalized as a U.S. Citizen, have begun to dig in earnest to find the answers. We constitutionalists who firmly believe that the “natural born Citizen” clause in the U.S. Constitution is very important and applies to all, and that all candidates for the office of President and Vice President need to publicly prove that status, i.e., that they were born in the USA to two (born or naturalized) U.S. Citizen parents, in light of what we have discovered about the person now residing in the Oval Office, have begun the paper trail research in the various archives to get the facts that Rick Santorum refuses to provide willingly. Why Rick Santorum is making things so difficult for we in the American electorate and is not being transparent and open and giving the public the information they ask for on this matter is beyond me. Come on Rick, provide the information and supporting paperwork voluntarily. However, in the meantime, I hereby share an initial report of what we found or should I say what we did not find in the NARA naturalization records for PA, which is where his father lived up until Rick was born, to our knowledge:
Here is a copy of an emailed report of what I received in Feb 2012 from the regional office of the national archives (NARA) in Philadelphia PA.
Rick Santorum says he is the “true conservative” and that he strongly supports the U.S. Constitution. Well, if that is true, he cannot just ignore Article II Section 1, the presidential eligibility clause, i.e., the “natural born Citizen” requirement to be the President and Commander in Chief. I strongly urge Rick Santorum to voluntarily release the records concerning how, where, and when his father Aldo Santorum became a U.S. Citizen, if he did. The same data for his grandfather Pietro Santorum, who was also an immigrant from Italy and was born in Italy to non-U.S. Citizen parents, would also be helpful and I encourage Rick to release those citizenship papers if they exist too.
Does the proven lack of “natural born Citizen” of the United States status by several nationally promoted Republican candidates for President and/or Vice President explain why the Republican National Committee and Party and their conservative allies in the media have not said a word about Obama’s clear cut lack of “natural born Citizen” status and the criminal acts to cover that up by Obama? Are these Republican and so called conservative allies in the media allowing Obama to destroy the Constitution and Republic all for personal political gain of their party? If so, what does that say about their being “true conservatives” as some so publicly claim?

I hope an issue is made of this, although I think Rick's dad eventually did become a U.S. citizen. Unlike a certain Usurper who can't even prove he's an American citizen.
Making an issue of it will bring further attention to O'Bummer's dad's lack of U.S. citizenship and demand an answer to the NBC definition.

I think you are wrong about that. If Santorum's father ws not a citizen at birth what he did later wouldn't matter.
If anything it would give cover to Senator Rubio, Governor Jindal and President Obama as every political leader in both parties would say 'He was born in the US, he is a citizen and is therefore eligible., period.'

I do not remember where I read it, but I read a of few weeks ago that his mother has stated that she could produce the docs if required to prove that his father was a citizen at the time of Rick's birth. Sorry, I do not remember where I read that.

Durring WWII Rick Santorum's father served in the U.S. Military before "little Ricky" was born. Under the War Department through Naturalization, Santorum's father was granted his citizenship after the war along with tens of thousands of military personnel.
Rick Santorum's mother was already an American citizen when she married his father back in the 1930's before he went on to serve our nation in WWII.
I have already completed a database search on Santorum's father, his mother, and his family as a whole and they are all clean as a whistle.
Rick Santorum is a "Natural Born Citizen". I was asked by someone to look them up and I would not share the information because he, Santorum is legitimate unlike Barack Obama. Santorum has done nothing wrong and he is not hiding anything.
at this point the constitutional movement should try to register an Arnold Swartzenegar type citizen to run for president in order to forces the courts to define NBC. It would go like this: Candidate says he was naturally delivered at birth, he gets challenged, then the judge has to define what the framers meant, then it get appealed to the supreme court where we have a 25% chance. Dont forget Clinton said it depends what the "definition of is is".
Now you know why Santorum does not want to talk about Obozo's eligibility!

If what Santorum's mother said is correct, and she can prove Rick's father was a U.S. citizen prior to Rick's birth, this information will be withheld.
The reason is, if Santorum released information showing his father was indeed a citizen prior to his birth if would look like a direct hit on Obama to prove the same...which he cannot. The result of that action could label Santorum a "birther", which he will avoid at all cost.
Obama will be protected, especially by politicians who fear the birther label.

The same standard of proof of eligibility as a natural born citizen needs to be applied to ALL candidates including Mitt Romney and Rick Santorum. Neither has provided evidence of his eligibility.
This has to be an issue. If his dad was naturalized there is a record of when. If he cant provide the information he is ineligble. Obama has to be luckiest soul on earth. It is so simple to prove then Rick Santorum's father was a U.S. citizen when Rick was born the Rick should simply produce a copy of Aldo Santorum’s citizenship certificate obtained under the INA Act 329 which covered routes to U.S. Citizenship for military service. One may have been granted special head of the line privileges to gain Citizenship by serving in the military, but as you can see by the act you cite one still had to apply. Thus, if Aldo Santorum availed himself of this fast track, no fees to pay, route to U.S. Citizenship and applied, the question is WHEN did he apply and WHEN was it approved? If Rick Santorum or his family has the attainment of U.S. Citizenship paperwork for his father Aldo, Rick should produce copies of it and post it online somewhere. Not only has he not done that but Rick also is evading even answering the questions on the matter. If the docs exists, and Rick doesn’t have a copy, he’s had months to get copies of it since we’ve been asking him for it for months. The question is, with the dozens of people that I know that have called, emailed, and written letters to Rick Santorum to provide a copy to the public of the paperwork for his father’s citizenship, why has none has been forthcoming. Not even a reply and assertion such as you just provided. I don’t know for sure that there is a correlation, but I personally approached Rick Santorum and spoke with him at the Values Voters Conference in Wash DC last fall. I asked him and showed him printed fliers which explained the questions about Obama’s lack of natural born Citizenship, i.e., Obama’s father was not a U.S. Citizen when Obama was born. He brushed me off saying there was nothing to that issue. Makes me wonder now if there was more to Rick’s lack of concern about Obama’s natural born Citizenship status back then than I realized back then. Maybe Rick has known all along that he has a problem with his natural born Citizenship status similar to what Marco Rubio has. Until the Certificate of Citizen paperwork for Aldo is disclosed to the public which shows how, where, and WHEN Aldo Santorum officially became a U.S. Citizen; this question will remain. Rick has been asked many times politely and in private to do it. Since he’s been evading answering us, now we are asking it publicly. This is not about politics, political parties, over favored political views of one candidate over the other. It is simply about enforcing Article II Section 1, the presidential eligibility clause of the U.S. Constitution.

The Surprise Tea Party petitioned Arapio six months earlier to investigate Obama’s constitutional eligibility to hold office and appear on the ballot in 2012.
Mothers Against Illegal Amnesty founder Michelle Dallacrose was across the street from where the press conference was held with a group of Arpaio supporters. Dallacroce watched the press conference on live streaming video on her iPhone.
On Monday she said, “After seeing the evidence presented, I firmly believe we have an illegal alien in the White House.”

Because Obama’s birth certificate contained 9 layers, Zullo stated, “We don’t believe the document ever existed in paper form” and said it appeared to be a computer generated document.

Zullo said the National Archives have microfilm copies of INS records of every individual coming into this country in 1961.
Jerome Corsi, WND investigative reporter and author of “Where’s the Birth Certificate?” examined records at the National Archives for 1961 and found the records for Aug. 1 through Aug. 7 had mysteriously disappeared from the microfilm.
That led the posse to believe Obama was possibly born abroad.
In explaining the problems with Obama’s Selective Service registration, specifically the postal stamp used to date stamp his registration, Zullo said it was “not just forged, but poorly forged.”

He said a person has come forward and signed an affidavit claiming to have been present at Bill Ayers’ mother’s home in 1980 where Obama was introduced to her and was seeking funding as a foreign student.

I voted for Santorum recently in Tennessee. I am shocked to hear that he may not be "natural born". we must adhere to the US Constituion . We have been chipping away at it over the years..and people use it only when it benifits them and ignore it when it does not. Who cares about Santorum or any of the other Repubs, if Obama is allowed on the ballot, our Constitution is dead. I'm not even going to waste my time and vote. If these Repubs can't be trusted with calling out an ineligible usurper, I don't trust them with anything else.
