When people started to question the validity of Obama's long form birth certificate released on April 27th of last year after many experts in computer imaging and graphics noticed that it was forged and created. What happened when people started to question the birth certificates authenticity? Two days later the Bin Laden story breaks to deflect from the real issue, Obama's eligibility and his forged long form birth certificate and Corsi's Where's The Birth Certificate book. The same thing happens again today with the death of Andrew Breitbart. Someone the other day on another ORYR topic predicted something major in the news would happen to deflect from Sheriff Joes press conference.

Without reaching the merits of Mario Apuzzo’s 199-page brief on the philosophy of natural-bornness, a Pennsylvania judge has dismissed the ballot challenge lodged by Charles Kerchner and fellow Pennsylvanian Dale Laudenslager.
Judge Keith B. Quigley agreed with Obama’s attorney John Lavelle that the court did not have jurisdiction to hear the claim.

When you have evidence of a crime like forgery, you take that evidence to a law enforcement agency for an investigation. If the evidence looks credible, the law enforcement agency turns it over to a prosecuting attorney who convenes a Grand Jury to see if indictments should be handed down.
Whether Osama bin Laden is dead or not has no bearing on a local criminal investigation in the US.

Selective Service application is also a probable forgery and a National Archives investigation into Immigration & Naturalization cards filled out by those entering the US in August 1961 found files missing for the week of POTUS's alleged birth. Imagine that! NOTE: POTUS may have arrived in the US that week and a form for US citizenship filled out at a registration center on the outer end of the island of Oahu frequented by Native Hawaiians seeking citizenship. His registration does not fall into the sequence used by the local hospitals.

It's easy - there is no evidence. No one can show how something was forged. No one has disputed any of the information in the document, and the state of Hawaii has certified it. Until you can show beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law that Hawaii forged the certificate, then it's a losing argument.

I was underwhelmed. Most of the evidence presented was nothing new, but the sworn affidavits are interesting.
At least there is now a formal accusation of fraud and forgery out there now, but we didn't need a 6 month investigation to figure all that out.

This was perhaps the most bizarre press conference I have ever seen. It didn't appear to be anything other than a Jerome Corsi production with a WND broadcast and a rubber stamp Sheriff who was willing to attach his name to this "investigation."

Why should they have to look for a "forger?" It seems pretty easy to solve this problem quickly. All they should have to do is ask Loretta Fuddy if the registrations on the document that she provided to the President are the same one's on the document posted on the internet.
Have they asked Mrs. Fuddy at all? They claim they have afadavits from people, including someone who claims to have seen Obama in Bill Ayer's yard as teenager (seriously?) and yet if they had concerns about the registations on the document they never thought to ask the one and only person who would have stamped the document?

The press conference was professional and credible. The investigation was done by experienced lawmen with the help of experts in forensic document examination and computer technology.

Nobody can draw any conclusions about the actual document, if one even exists, because nobody has access to it. What was proven, within a reasonable doubt, was that the image that the presented as a simple scan, had in fact been manipulated.

Correct. You were an idiot if you thought they could prove the underlying document is fake without ever seeing it. That is your fault, not theirs.

False. The story has never changed. With no extra processes, such as OCR or Optimization, a document would be expected to have only 1 layer when scanned. So birthers did point out the multiple layers since that is not the normal result. Then the enablers pointed out that Optimization can create layers. While this is true, it creates many more layers and never in the logical way you see in the Obama PDF.
The press conference was a complete success. It solidified all of the Internet research already put in place by Corsi.

Great on the sheriff. He did what I expected he would do without falling into the trap set up by the Obozos to make him look like a nutcase. He went by the book. The investigation is continuing and it's up to us to do our part. In this case, I emailed my congressman and let him know that he can no longer ignore my requests to investigate this matter in light of the report by the sheriff's investigative team. This is a great day and I expect more torpedoes to slam into the badly listing KNS (Kenyan Naval Steamship) Obama.

So is that it? Sheriff Joe says he doesn't think Hawaii would investigate if he asks them and he doesn't expect the Justice Dept to investigate either. He'd like Congress to conduct an investigation but he spoke like he knew that wasn't going to happen. He said he has to think about what to do next. What are the alternatives to think about?
Congress now has no excuse for failing to undertake an investigation ASAP. Congress can use the 20th Amendment to remove Obama right now as unqualified for office, and then Congress can appoint an acting president per the 20th Amendment until a president-elect who does qualify takes office.
Impeachment is not even necessary, and since Obama is not a legitimate prez anyway, after being booted by Congress he could, I surmise, be tried in a criminal court for sedition, election fraud, and treason. Instead, he will probably just be deported to avoid civil unrest.
I wonder if Breitbart gave the videos to the Sheriff? Why would he meet with him? Alex Jones has a good segment on Breitbart's death...They come after you when you have the actual goods to bring them down. He said Judge Roll and Giffords had actual evidence on Fast and Furious. We need to DEMAND to see those videos now. If we don't see them it will be confirmed this dude was snuffed out.
Finally, a public official(s) that will stand for what the facts reveal. Examining the evidence and the systematic forensic unfolding of both BC and SS registration is overwhelming and compelling. I'm wondering why Sheriff Arpaio didn't note Obama's earlier conviction in Rev. Manning's 10th Amendment court? This press conference would seem to be the perfect opportunity to use that conviction to issue an arrest warrant for the Usurper.

Manning because Manning made claims in that conviction that the sheriff has no interest in such as the claim that Obama never really attended Columbia University and his diploma is a forgery provided by a former president of the university. (I believe the Rev. also has doubts that Obama attended Harvard Law.)
Since team Breitbart is going to release tapes of Obama when he was a student at Harvard (I don't know about Columbia) it would make the sheriff look stupid to associate with someone who believes Obama never really attended these universities.

Has the state of Arizona, or authorities in Maricopa County, requested and pursued in the same manner the GoP candidates' birth certificates? Will they be "vetting" them with the same scutiny?
Question, why is there not one single image of Mitt Romeny's, Rick Santorum's, Ron Paul's, or Newt Gingrich's birth certificates? Not one? Why have they not released them, and why is no one asking about them?

I read the MSNBC article on Arpaio's findings and they say that these types of claims have been debunked and is now just a preoccupation of "birthers".
For this to move forward you need someone who is respected (not necessarily liked)by both political parties.

Yes, Bill G! I also believe he was born in Kenya, especially since the revelation about the missing records for the week of O’s birth. Everything points to it. Remember, long before he was running for president, there was a newspaper article declaring he was “born in Kenya.” We also have some “slips” by Michelle that are on tape, plus the public declaration by Kenyan officials, etc. Also, the testimony of the postman re. his speaking with a twenty-something Obama in the 1980′s – with O telling him he wanted to thank the elder Ayers for helping with his education…….(implication that he was a foreign student)…….
