DAMAGE CONTROL: A recent ballot challenge hearing in New Jersey exposes a desperate strategy by Obama to distance himself from his forged certificate and induce the contrived value of his transient political popularity as the only “legitimate qualification” needed to hold the office of the presidency.
Taking an audacious and shocking angle against the constitutional eligibility mandate, Obama’s lawyer, Alexandra Hill, admitted that the image of Obama’s birth certificate was a forgery and made the absurd claim that, therefore, it cannot be used as evidence to confirm his lack of natural born citizenship status. Therefore, she argued, it is “irrelevant to his placement on the ballot”.
Hill went on to contort reasoning by implying that Obama needs only invoke his political popularity, not legal qualifications, in order to be a candidate.
At the hearing, attorney for the plaintiffs, Mario Apuzzo, correctly argued that Obama, under the Constitution, has to be a “natural born Citizen” and that he has not met his burden of showing that he is eligible to be on the New Jersey primary ballot by showing that he is indeed a “natural born Citizen.” He argued that Obama has shown no authenticate evidence to the New Jersey Secretary of State demonstrating who he is and that he was born in the United States. Apuzzo also argued that as a matter of law, Obama is not a “natural born Citizen” because he was born to a father who was not a U.S. citizen.
As Obama’s legal argument becomes more contorted, he is being forced to avoid an ever shrinking legal space, and an increasing weight, of his failure to meet constitutional eligibility requirements.

Having viewed the hearings, there was no admission of forgery. In fact, she argued, and the judge agreed, that the birth certificate available online was not given to the Secretary of State nor to the court, so was irrelevant to the proceedings.
You are materially misstating what was said and stipulated in the hearing.

The judge in the 1964 divorce proceeding for Stanley Ann Dunham and Barack Obama Senior stipulated that there was one child named Barack Hussein Obama II, born on August 4, 1961 in Honolulu who was the offspring of the Ducham-Obama marriage.
Additionally, the 1961 birth notices in the Honolulu newspapers name Barack Hussein Obama as the father.

The divorce papers do not stipulate a Hawaii birth, only a date of birth. The announcements mean nothing. They are generated from a list by the HDOH and include birth registrations. The Obamas never lived at the address shown either.

That is not the divorce papers as stated above. Of course they state afterwards he was born in Hawaii, why have granny register him there if you are not going to follow through. They never lived at the address in the news announcement.

During the hearing, Ms. Hill explicitly states that he she understands that the plaitiffs have "great arguments" supporting their claims that Obama's birth certificate image is a forgery.

I am guessing that the people in the "know" realize that a certificate of a live birth is not the same as a birth certificate. It may sound like nit picking, but a certificate of live birth is used when you are not born in the hospital. Lots of rural folks have them. You are born at home with a mid wife, or who ever is available; after that, you register the birth. You are given a certificate of live birth. Usually, the parents are there to coroborate that you were born in the U.S.. For service men and women, you went to the nearest consulate. It seems like Obama's mother, who was a U.S. citizen, took him to Hawai'i, got a certificate of live birth, after he was born. If he was not born on embassy or armed forces property, then he was not born as an american. The rules may have been a bit different back then but I do not think so. Who his father was or what country his father was a citizen of does not really make a difference. It is really a moot point. And, why not take all of her children to Hawai'i?

OJ's lawyers also had great arguments supporting their claims that he didn't kill Nicole and Ron; however, legal arguments are not the same as facts. The headline that Obama's lawyer admitted what was posted is a forgery--is a blatant lie. It is truly unfortunate that the lie has been repeated as much as it has across the internet. And, "standing by your headline" is not the same as telling the truth. I suggest that you abandon the blatant lie, and start standing by the truth, otherwise, you will end up look as untrustworthy as the dentist.
