The judge has not yet ruled on my recent hearing but I filed an Affidavit (EMBEDDED BELOW) yesterday in Geauga County Common Pleas Court. I am asking the court to issue a complaint that Barack Obama has committed a crime and should be prosecuted for identity fraud. Section "D" of ORC 2935.09 allows me the right to file. ...
The court had never seen a filing like this before and to say they were upset would be an understatement. Two women kept insisting that nothing could be filed without a case number on it and I kept saying: read the statute. They were not happy and one woman said: "I've worked here twenty years and have never seen anything like this." Oh well, now she has.

The problem with this document is not the grammar and spelling. Prisoners often file court documents that are hand written with many grammatical errors. The problem is that I see no probable cause. Where is the supporting affidavit indicating specific incidents where the social security number was used by the accused? Without that, the document is useless. You can not make a criminal complaint on anyone without probable cause to believe the complaint is true.

Some of you may want to investigate "Criminal Procedure" as applicable in the cited State. She filed a Petition, therefore, she is prosecuting the cause of action. All officers of the Court who fail to perform their duties can be also prosecuted for "misprisonment of a felony". She has a very good chance "if" she follows procedural Rules of the Court in sustaining her cause in this action

Also, you should ask yourself "is it really possible that any citizen can write something on a piece of paper and this will magically have the most powerful man in the country arrested?".
I understand that some of our enemies would love it (wouldn't we just love it if all it took to have Putin or Ahmadinejad arrested was to scribble something on a piece of paper in Russia/Iran?) if it were so easy to bring down the US government, but believing in magic is not the way to remove "Obama" from office.
