Judge in Obama 'natural born citizen' case
won't halt release of Vermont election ballots

A judge has turned down a request by a Vermont man who sought to have President Barack Obama’s name tossed from the state’s November election ballots because factors about Obama’s birth make him ineligible to be president.
H. Brooke Paige of Washington, Vt., had sought a court injunction stopping the distribution of ballots. His claim is Obama is not a “natural born citizen” as required by the U.S. Constitution because his father was not an American citizen at the time of Obama’s birth.
“The court has been presented with a radically insufficient basis on which to issue a temporary or even a preliminary injunction,” Judge Robert Bent wrote in a four-page ruling issued late Friday afternoon.

It's common knowledge that Malihi was both threatened and bribed. If he went against Sambo Barack then his children would be hurt, but if he played along, he was offered stock in the power company that had just received person to build two new nuclear plants in Georgia. The IN Supreme Court never considered Ankeny in the first instance. They can't "reconsider" what they never considered.
That was the one case where there may have been a good opportunity to get a case considered by the U.S. Supreme court and the birthers didn't bother to submit a writ to them.
Ankeny is the law in the state of IN and there's nothing that's going to change that, including anything Orly Taitz or anyone else does. It's also (obviously) persuasive to other jurisdictions, and has been that since the day the opinion came down.

I have a real bad feeling about the next 6 weeks. I don’t think we’re gonna have an election. The content was also about as radical as he has ever been, with clues of his true feelings/intent leaking out.
Coupled with something I read about a federal police officer warning someone to be close to home between now and the elections otherwise you may never get home is starting to make me think—is everybody ready?
