FOIA Response Provides 100% Proof Rick Santorum Not A Natural Born Citizen

100% Proof Rick Santorum Not A Natural Born Citizen. Father Naturalized
3 yrs After Rick Was Born. FOIA Response Re Aldo Santorum
 By CDR Charles Kerchner (Ret)

We thus have another reason the Republican Party has been trying to abrogate and ignore the “natural born Cititzen” clause instead of trying to legally amend it out of the U.S. Constitution which would be very difficult to do once the People learned and fully understood the critical national security implications of removing that clause as to who can be the President and Commander in Chief of our military. Obama is an obvious example of the national security implications of having a person who is not a natural born Citizen being seated in the Oval Office. It is obvious the the politicians in both political parties are perfectly willing to put their personal political ambition and party politics above the U.S. Constitution and then ignore We the People when we ask them what the heck is going on. The Republican Party has been in cahoots with the Democrat Party to ignore the U.S. Constitution and thus we got the debacle and constitutional crisis we are in now with an illegal, unconstitutional person Obama residing in the White House. When people ask why the Republican Party is silent on the lack of natural born Citizenship of Obama answer to them — Marco Rubio, Rick Santorum, and Bobby Jindal … and likely other upcoming Republican stars who are NOT natural born Citizens of the United States to constitutional standards and whom the RNC wants to run for President of VP anyway.

I never thought Rick was a natural born citizen. That's why he didn't get my vote. At least Rubio knows he's not a natural born Citizen, so we don't have to go through it with him.

These dual citizens assholes think the world revolves around them.

Ya know, Charlie, except for a few people no one really cares about your definition of NBC. And I doubt the entire Republican Party was engaged in a massive conspiracy. Either in 2008 or 2012. They just are competent enough to keep anything secret.

Ah, the Vattelist distraction again.

So the country would be better protected if "President Santorum"'s father had naturalized 3 years earlier? Why? Does Italy control who can be our President?

Kerchner is one of the worst Obots and should concentrate on *actual* and *factual* ways to remove "Obama".

Inconsistency is one of the eight traits of a disinformationalist, according to H. Michael Sweeney. "There is also a tendency to make mistakes which betray their true self/motives. This may stem from not really knowing their topic, or it may be somewhat 'freudian', so to speak, in that perhaps they really root for the side of truth deep within."

Now, I don't know jack about Sweeney but I've seen you anonymous Obots make the kind of "mistake" that you made here that he may just be on to something about you idiots. Besides, it's not right to use his words without giving him credit.

@AnonymousYou mean; that NATURAL "distraction", AGAIN

The is what's so great about nature --no avoiding its truth

and would the United States be safer if RS's father had naturalized 3 years earlier?

Answer: a resounding "YES"!

FOR IF YOU PERMIT RS to slide as with bo jr you "make eligible" any child of a NON-IMMIGRANT to the United States, NON-U.S. CITIZEN, FOREIGN NATIONAL so long as they have the woman drop the kid within U.S. territorial limits
What imbeciles such as you cannot see is that it is not about any one particular individual but about "who comes next"

@lazer73
"fan of Rubio"?!

You should make clear to put that in the past tense
Rubio is a hypocrite and a colossal liar

He had a chance to educate Americans, take down the USURPER and instead he opts to protect his own selfish interests

how 'bout that lame Convention speech that will be remembered for how he just had to remind US of what a great family man bo was
What a joke, this Rubio fake turned out to be

CanTone said...[Reply]

@anon 2:49 I'll have to agree. When I found out that Rubio used tax payer $$ to pay off his home and the fact that his own power is more inportant to him than we the people I lost all respect for him. He is a traitor to the constitution and the people.

Although I agree with those who argue that a natural-born citizen is someone born to parents who are citizens of the U.S., recent court decisions seem to say that if a person is born within the jurisdiction of the U.S. then that person, regardless of the citizenship of his or her parents, is a natural-born citizen. For example, here are four recent state court pronouncements:

1.) Ankeny v. Daniels, Indiana Court of Appeals (2009)

"Based upon the language of Article II, Section 1, Clause 4 and the guidance provided by Wong Kim Ark, we conclude that persons born within the borders of the United States are 'natural born Citizens' for Article II, Section 1 purposes, regardless of the citizenship of their parents."

2.) Tisdale v. Obama, Virginia federal court (2012)

"It is well settled that those born in the United States are considered natural born citizens."

3.) Purpora V. Obama 2012

"No court, federal, state or administrative, has accepted the challengers’ position that Mr. Obama is not a 'natural born Citizen' due to the acknowledged fact that his father was born in Kenya and was a British citizen by virtue of the then applicable British Nationality Act. Nor has the fact that Obama had, or may have had, dual citizenship at the time of his birth and thereafter been held to deny him the status of natural born. It is unnecessary to reinvent the wheel here. … The petitioners’ legal position on this issue, however well intentioned, has no merit in law. Thus, accepting for the point of this issue that Mr. Obama was born in Hawaii, he is a ‘natural born Citizen’ regardless of the status of his father."

4.) Allen v. Obama, Arizona (2012)

"Most importantly, Arizona courts are bound by United States Supreme Court precedent in construing the United States Constitution, Arizona v. Jay J. Garfield Bldg. Co. , 39 Ariz. 45, 54, 3 P.2d 983, 986(1931), and this precedent fully supports that President Obama is a natural born citizen under the Constitution and thus qualified to hold the office of President. … Contrary to Plaintiff’s assertion, Minor v. Happersett, 88 U.S. 162 (1874), does not hold otherwise."

I don't understand what's going on. If these judges are wrong, that is, if they've misinterpreted the law, why haven't Orly Taitz, Mario Appuzo, or other attorney's in the eligibility movement taken their lawsuits to the Supreme Court? Certainly there are justices on the S.C. who oppose Obama, aren't there? If the S.C. has refused to hear their cases, does that mean they agree with the state judges' decisions?

> why haven't Orly Taitz, Mario Appuzo, or other attorney's in the eligibility movement taken their lawsuits to the Supreme Court

Several "birther" cases have reached SCOTUS (including some alleging the Vattelist theory), SCOTUS has consistently denied cert in all those cases, thereby effectively ruling there is no controversy, therefore no lower court ruling was "against SCOTUS precedent", therefore the "SCOTUS precedent" claim is wrong.

Now you may count SCOTUS among the conspirators, but that doesn't really help any of us, does it?

I mean, at what point do we realize a certain approach was simply WRONG?

Do we believe a couple of incompetent lawyers (Orly, Van Irion, Apuzzo) or the clear majority of legal scholars and courts?

And even IF there is some massive conspiracy that involves ALL courts, what good does taking this to court do then anyway?

We're pursuing a lost case with Vattelism either way.

> Certainly there are justices on the S.C. who oppose Obama, aren't there?

Even if there was just one, all he needed to do was make a public comment (unrelated to "Obama") that he thinks NBC means two citizen parents and the sh*tstorm would begin. So obviously there is none.

> What imbeciles such as you cannot see is that it is not about any one particular individual but about "who comes next"

Huh? So you say Osama bin Laden's son cannot sneak into the US, naturalize and then have a child with another naturalized Afghan woman, making the child an NBC by your Vattelist standards?

As long as you make up contrived scenarios where "born in the country" is allegedly unsafe, I can make up one where "born in the country to citizen parents" is just as unsafe.

Therefore your argument "it is possible that ..., therefore the Founders meant ..." is pretty much moot.

Besides, the fact that the 2nd Amendment allows you to buy an AK-47 and mow down dozens of people in the mall doesn't mean the Founders only wanted us to own muskets that take a minute to reload for a second shot, does it?

If you want to promote Vattelism, at least make a legal argument about it and not some vague appeal to common sense.
